Energy Windows, Doors and More

We've used Energy Windows Doors & More twice now; first in 2019 for about half our windows, and again just this month for the rest of them. Both times, everyone we interacted with was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They're quick to get someone out to do measurements and provide a quote, as well as to talk through the options and explain what all the various details mean. We've loved the windows they put in back in 2019 (and we got the same ones for the rest of the windows that were replaced this month). They work well - the kind you can tilt in for cleaning - while performing so much better than the old builder-grade windows they replaced. Zero complaints with the windows; they look and work great, and the installation (both times) was not only surprisingly fast (couple hours for 5 windows this time), but they did the job well and cleaned up along the way. No mess for us afterward, and we could see they did all the caulking and detail work perfectly. No gaps, no leaking air, no damage to anything surrounding the windows... no complaints. Really appreciate the service we've gotten here and will absolutely look to this company again in the future. Easy to recommend them.

Installation team was excellent. One of the installers has 35 years of experience so I knew I was in good hands immediately when they arrived…on time, with 20 windows that all fit and were to spec and measurement. Window quality seems great. House looks instantly newer and more upscale. Windows (Majestic) slide very nicely and have a safety latch to prevent kids from opening them too far. Salesperson picked up whenever I called and answered questions without fail leading up to the install. I’ll call Energy again when I’m ready to replace 3 doors and won’t bother shopping around.

Ian was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. Explained things clearly and represented Energy windows and doors very professionally. I would use this company again and also recommend them to anyone looking for windows and door replacement.

I rarely write reviews but in this case felt compelled to given the amazing level of service I received. Mine was a large job, 47 windows total and I was apprehensive about the entire process. Ian, Jay and team were on top of everything from the minute I contacted them for an estimate. They made several trips to discuss options, pricing, etc. Multiple trips to measure and ensure everything was right before placing the order. The windows were then custom made and are of a very high quality. Took about 10 weeks to come in but once they did we scheduled the install and that's when my concerns intensified. How were they going to remove/install 47 windows in the middle of winter? Well, a team of 7 arrived 6:30 in the morning and worked for 12 hours. They fully completed the bottom 2 floors on day one and needed only 3 more hours on day two for the third floor. No damage, no problems, windows all fit. Unbelievable! They vacuumed and cleaned up best they could and by midday on day 2 the job was 100% done. Funnily enough I asked how it was possible to have done all this in a day and a half, and the reply “oh, we would have done it all in one day if it were summer”!!! Bottom line, this was a big, expensive project that was handled so professional I am truly grateful. Seems like almost everything you get done these days has multiple issues, hidden costs, poor workmanship, etc. NOT HERE. In this rare case, not only did I get what I paid for, I got value that exceeded my expectations. Can’t think of the last time I was able to feel that way. I couldn't recommend Energy Windows more highly!!!!! The sales team (Ian and Robin) were patient, explaining all the features in the various windows. The purchase process - from selection to contract to payments - all went very smoothly. The installation team was on time, friendly and demonstrated concern for my property. In fact, Andy pointed out a piece of wood trim that had rotted. Before I knew it, he cut it out, replaced it, painted & sealed it...no charge. They were great to deal with.

The best! Soup to nuts. I’m not local to them but needed help for a family member in NJ. Office was great to deal with through the whole process from customer service to billing. They did a great job on the install. Absolutely thrilled. This is what you hope for when needing work like this done. 10/10

Ian is a no pressure representative and quite knowledgeable. Pricing seems very reasonable for a good quality product, especially with a lifetime guarantee Andrew and John, the installers, did a very clean and professional job. Windows look great!

From start to finish, Energy windows did a great job. Ian was quick to come in person and help us decide what windows we wanted. And when the team came into install, they did a great job. Having a 100+ year old home, there was bound to be some issues and the install team was quick to trouble shoot and even came back an extra day to make sure the job was done right, plus they left no mess after!

I am so pleased with Energy Doors. I had my sliding glass door replaced and two storm doors installed. They are beautifully crafted and work so well. Ian, Rob, Andy and John were terrific to work with. I would definitely recommend this company.
