They don’t speak English which is okay, but I found some cute shorts but the tag fell off in the dressing room so the lady at the front desk just threw them into a box without even asking if I still wanted them , and also they look and talk like they don’t want to be there

The last time I was there, prices were not that great and the merchandise was something I’d throw away! And the people who work there are very rude and don’t know a thing about their store! It sucked!!
well organized and clean however a bit overpriced and the way they mark the items does more harm than good wish they would just use stickers or regular tag. Wide selection and clothes are organized in a shoppable way.
The lady at the checkout refuse to sell me a pair of pant because it only had one staple on the tag. And then she picked at it until it fell off and said “the tag is not attached I can not sell this to you.” It just really blew my mind..Does she not know the sales she make is her paycheck!!!
Will never return to this thrith store. What a shame because I always find good stuff but yesterday I couldn't look at the baby clothes because the employee Mary Ann put the mobile clothes rack right behind me and I almost trip over it as I stood back. So I move it because I also have my 3 yr old next to me and I don't want her to fall over it. So she comes and moves it back. I move it again and here she comes to move it back. I then tell her that I almost trpped over it and that if my daughter falls over it I will be very upset and that it is a hazard being there. She then says that's why I should watch my child And that If I have a problem with it I can tell the manager So for this reason I WILL NEVER RETURN.
Most of the stuff is reasonable. Some way over priced. You can tell when some of the employees are having a bad day but other than that you find some really good bargains. 😁
The lady got angry checking me out and starting calling me slurs in spanish because she thought i did not knew spanish so when I confronted her she started laughing and refused to tell me the mangers name and phone number
Giving 4 stars because of the huge selection of clothes for both men and women. Plenty of parking but one caveat, no restrooms or water fountain. Otherwise a great place to find bargains galore.
Need more workers whom speak English. Ask a couple of employee about the samev item was told no speak English long long line one cashier whom didn't speak English other cashier was trying on a jacket while the lines were long good prices but please please get some workers whom speak English please was truly upset with my visit please take this to heart GET SOME ENGLISH SPEAKING WORKERS PLEASE
