This store is not what it used to be. For a second hand store, it is very expensive and the quality is not great. They no longer have half price tag sales and seem to be competing with retail stores. Only occasionally can you find a true bargain. Most of their stuff is junk. Go elsewhere. Also, I cant understand why they dont have a bathroom when their lines are so long and there never seems to be enough people on the registers.
Variety and prices on clothes and shoes are way better than any other thrift store I have visited. But stuff as decoration, toys, kitchen stuff etc are better priced at good will. Only thing I really don't like atbthis store is that they don't clean everyday, floors are always super dirty and my daughter doesn't like to go because it triggers her allergies, but other than that I love clothes and prices 👍
Good selection but not the best environment and some workers aren't very nice at all.you cannot use the bathroom here either even though they have one. My wife is a cancer survivor with issues with her stomach they said she had to walk down to the dollar tree. Let's just say she unfortunately didnt make it and was very embarrassed.
I love shopping there. They always Have something different everyday. They have homeinterior items. Which I love. My husband bought a saw for $20.00 bucks. Its Battery operated. We needed a saw, and got lucky To come across one. Its cheaper Than brandnew.
The prices are very good. The merchandise as of late has also been very very good. The clothes is usually very carefully put out. I enjoy shopping here and I always find a good deal. Lately there has been fewer people there shoppingbut I can see the growth in the people that our shopping there now.
The employees keep the good stuff for themselves. Even when the put it on shelfs and ask for price they take it back for prices they come back saying the would price it later you never see the items again. They keep them for themselves. I think they should give a opportunity to customers to buy it and if no sell they can’t purchase them later.
I love shopping here! It keeps the memory of my grandmother alive in my heart web I shop at FTC. When I was younger, my grandma would bring my cousin and me to get a toy or two every month when she got her check and then we would either grab some Church's Chicken or go down to Floyd's and grab the burger special. Family Thrift Center also has some great deals and I love looking through everything....the radio station isn't bad either lol😂
Like shopping here,however they need to invest in shopping carts. Its difficult to shop while fighting with your broken down carts. I'm sure cost isn't a problem,since its always busy. How about being nice to your customers
The store is 90% clothing and understaffed. There were 17 people in line and only one person working a register. I witnessed several people dropping items and leaving because of the long wait. Also, the shoes were overpriced.
This used to be a favorite for me but not anymore. The prices are ridiculously high. Employees are rude too. Store is clean and organized but they can care less if they are in your way. No manners.
