THE WORST LAW FIRM EVER!! They're supposed to be handling a case for my deceased father and we literally haven't heard anything in a yr from them. The first and only conversation I was told that the $ " isn't the lottery" This law firm seems racist and treat blacks like they're nothing. My case is not closed yet. However, I want to praise and share with you the great service that I have received from my team members that we don’t see in Farah and Farah commercials – my case manager and legal assistant. Before you interact directly with your attorney, you work with your team’s case manager and legal assistant. My case manager is Sonya Corse and my legal assistant is Tiffany Taylor. Tiffany’s job was to gather all the information on my case. She gave me a list of items that were needed and I sent them. She went through what I submitted. I had to re-submit a couple of items because of my error, not hers. If I had a question, all I needed to do was text or email and she was on it with a response. Now, let me brag about my case manager. After my accident, my nerves were on edge. I was scared and in shock. My interactions with Sonya were wonderfully calming. She listened. She allowed me to vent. She responded with truth. Sonya answered all my questions no matter how many times she had to explain. After our initial conversations, she promised to call me once a month to let me know what was happening. Even when she had no news to report, I got my call from Sonya. It was like clockwork, even on Christmas Eve. She said it and she meant it. I grew to rely on both of these women. They were immediately responsive. I am confident that these team members have made my attorney’s, Megan Richards, life easier. I felt comfortable with Sonya and Tiffany, because they had proven themselves reliable.
