Worst experience ever in my life. From the beginning my legal team has been no responsive to me. It takes days to get a call back or any information from them. I usually have to call or text multiple times to get anyone to respond and even then they don’t have any answers. I’ll look into it and get back to you is all I hear from them. Then don’t hear from them for days. I basically was forced into settling my case because my attorney told me that he didn’t want to fight for me. I never spoke to him before my deposition then got blindsided with no preparation even though I asked to speak with him numerous times. The only time I ever got responses was when I would randomly show up at one of the offices and have them call someone for me. They definitely don’t care about you, you’re just a number to them unless you have a 6 or 7 figure case expect to be treated like a nobody. I settled my case 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting on my check. The insurance company issued them and paid Farah and Farah. Farah and Farah denies it even though the insurance company has confirmed with me that at least one of the checks has cleared the bank. They emailed me copies of the checks that they sent to Farah and Farah. I’m now waiting for 2 days to hear back from them to see if it’s lost in their mailroom. I spoke with an alleged senior person over my team that I explained that I am in dire need of my money as I have been unable to work since June and behind on all my bills. I am now evicted and having to figure out how I am going to get housing again. Haven’t been able to pay for my meds that keep me alive and I am getting sicker every day. I’m about to lose my car which is my only shelter right now. I literally don’t even have the gas money to go get my check when it’s ready. I don’t even have the gas money to move from where I’m parked at. They told me that I would have money last week and that they would stay on top of it because they knew how desperate I was. Don’t believe the hype they only care about you if you have a huge claim. I hate that I have to write this negative review. I have been patient and kind to them. Well let’s just hope that my phone doesn’t get shut off before I hear back from them about my check. Oh wait they never return my calls or answer my text messages. Run from this law firm like it’s a toxic environment or ex. Don’t believe a word they say. This is the example of all the bad lawyers jokes you hear. I had a case without documentation like photos etc and they still took my case, I appreciate they're professionalism and thorough communication throughout the process.
