My time with Farah and Farah started kind of rocky when i was assigneda case manager. However, once I was assigned Michael Tollette as my Attorney my experience turned around to 180. Not only did Michael have many years of experience with fighting similar cases but he genuinely cares for his clients. He was very responsive on communication and must I tell you I am a hand full to deal with at times. Lastly I want to recognize his staff member Lauren Jusimon. She also was very responsive and presented herself in a professional manner. After a 2 1/2 year battle with these guys on my side, our case has come to closure. My hats off to you two individuals. Thank you Michael and Lauren!!!! Farah and Farah dont loose these two. They absolutely are the best.
This firm truly cares about each and every case and they have different departments who specialize in each and every field. More importantly these people return calls, answer calls and or text and emails each and every time. I have used them On multiple cases in over 30 years time frame and I have never been disappointed as well as any friends, family or associates that I have referred all who have been happy with their outcome.
Farah & Farah did such a wonderful job for our elderly mother, Diane S., who had been rear ended while sitting at stop light. She has had back problems since the accident. It took over a year to settle the case but they kept her informed every step of the way. Second time needing Farah & Farah services unfortunately. However David and his team is well rounded & very efficient! Case began and closed very quickly, my favorite part was I was completely hands off!
I hired them based on the compassion I saw on one of the brothers faces from advertising. Turned out they missed out on recovering $5400 of available money from the insurance company. Convincing me they cared was all they were able to do successfully. Not really effective at recovering avaliable money. Poor job. Injured i asked them to sue and the gentleman said it wouldn't be worth pursuing. When I ask them, why do we not get the $5000?That was due to us no answer was given. I would not suggest this company for nobody

So far not feeling supported or confident in my team. At first when I signed with Farah and Farah I was excited to get representation from people who seemed very knowledgeable with law. However, currently my case is at a stand still, I have no idea what's going on at all with the case, and my attorney has been unreachable and missed multiple scheduled phone interviews. This delay could cause negative implications for my case and already has taken a toll on my sanity. Hopefully I can get a response and get all of this sorted soon or I don't know what I will do. I may leave a better/updated review once everything is over. But as it stands right now I wish I chose a different law firm to represent me.
