Unprofessional and unreliable. Denied over 10 hours of detention on a team load. Didn't tell us it was denied until after completion of the load. Just told us what we wanted to hear in order to complete the load. Do not work with Peyton.

Easy run with no issues and good communication. We will run loads with FitzMark anytime!

Horrible freight brokers to deal with. Driver was told "8am crane appointment." The driver got on site at 730am and there was no shipper of that name anywhere near. There was no phone number provided for the shipper. After hours support was called, advised they would get back to the driver in a few minutes. 30 minutes later, after no response, the driver Googled the business who said there was no 8am appointment(they don't even own a crane.) Loading finished at 10:48am. The broker was emailed at that time with in/out times for detention. 4 hours later, there was no response. The broker was emailed again at 2:49pm and didn't respond. I called up and Tyler was extremely rude and accused me of lying about emails. He also said they didn't respond to my emails for 7 hours because "they were working and drivers don't do any work. Don't deliver the load, I don't care" and hung up. My phone calls are recorded so I have proof of this, as well as proof of multiple unanswered emails, as you can see in the attached photo. I would absolutely recommend shippers and drivers that care about professionalism and integrity avoid this company.

Worst broker ever they lies about everything. Got a load from them and come to find out none of the stop was properly schedule by the them. Beside they lie about the rate and refused to pay proper layover and detentions . I hope no one used them no more they a bunch of scammers

If you haul freight for this business make sure you include the something on your contract/rate-con that states "Late Fees Apply after 30 days" Other wise they will not pay late fees and the do not normally pay their bills to carriers in 30 days. My experience they pay 45 to 60 days. They do not pay there carriers and do not answer the phone. Their accounting department employee Haley Gilbert will not return emails or phone calls. It appears Fitzmark responded to my review and wants me to email their marketing team and give them more information. So I am going to email them and tell them the following: Sure, here is the short version. I moved a load for your company in early March 2021 and you did not pay me for 5 months and each time I contacted you office I was told I needed to talk to someone else. Only after I contacted "Hanover" your bonding company did your people contact me and then your company refused to pay the 5 MONTHS of late fees. Your company still owes me $459.46. Just so you know I am making sure all of this is noted on the review. It would not surprise me if you did not contact me back and if you paid the late fees I would fall out of my chair in disbelief. Although it still would not make up for the frustration of dealing with your brokerage/broker agent and his supervisor.

I just love working with Javier Flores at Fitzmark. He is very polite and professional. I have booked 3 loads with him so far and no complaints. Very good service and load rates are quite good as compared to other brokers in today’s market.
