Pleasure to work with these guys, not screwing on most of the freight and handless business how they should, Aaron Schrutt is great guy helped with moving pickup app for us to get that load instead of canceling truck! Great Brokerage.
I recently completed a load with Fitzmark Logistics and feel obligated to share my experience with fellow carriers. I was assured by their salesperson, Connor M., that detention would be paid at $50 per hour and that I “didn’t need to worry” because he would “take care of me.” Unfortunately, when it came time to process detention, those assurances were completely dismissed. The lack of follow-through and the sudden change in attitude created unnecessary frustration and ultimately left me unpaid for time I was explicitly told would be compensated. Regardless of how well we perform our jobs, carriers deserve honesty and consistency from brokers, and that did not happen here. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise carriers to be cautious when working with Fitzmark Logistics and to ensure any agreements are clearly documented before accepting a load. Promises made verbally were not honored in my case, and it resulted in lost time and revenue.
I have hauled a few loads with Fitzmark and would say they are a reputable company and would love to haul for them again! Good Brokers are hard to find. Luckily we have Fitzmark.
Am an Owner OP been doing business with these guys for a while…they have great brokers who will keep you running..Been running with Mrs. Jasmine a very resourceful broker…Mrs Jas ppreciate all the help..currently running with Mrs. Alisha on a water run lane..Mrs.Alisha has been very resourceful….if you can prove to her you a dependable carrier she will keep you running…her consistent lane has really help me a lot given our current trucking issues..it’s a nightmare going on dat load board looking for loads..Give her a call & Plz don’t forget you got 2 prove 2 her she can depend you…I sure do ppreciate running 4 you Mrs. Alisha..Gracia’s…God Bless 🙏🏾
These people are a joke. They wanted me to send vin verification while I was driving downtown Dallas in early morning rush hour traffic. Well I couldn't do so and they took load back. This is an example of why we don't need brokers they don't care about safety at all. Don't book with these crooks. It'll be a waste of time
Your Director of Operations Eric Judson short paid us on an invoice $60.00 for supposably not having enough straps. We sent pictures showing that we even had left over straps in the Side box, but he did not care. Everting is in the E-Mail chain Apr 2nd. We no longer are booking any loads with Fitz Mark, LLC until the remaining balance is $60.00 is paid.
