Worst broker I've ever worked with. I will never book a load with this broker ever again. They are a group of layers, and every shipment I booked with them had a lot of issues on their end. I would advise everyone to avoid this broker if you are a carrier or their customer.
We recently worked with Fitzmark on a load and had a great experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish — good communication throughout the process, no issues at pickup or delivery, and the driver was satisfied with the run. Professional and reliable broker. Would be happy to work with them again.

From the very beginning, He demostrated professionalism, strong communication, and a genuine commitment to helping me achive my goals with his loads. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and promptly, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. He consistently went above and beyond, whether it was providing timely updates, offering valuable insights. or ensuring I felt confident at every step of the way. his customer service is top-notch, and it's clear he truly care about their customers needs. Received a call at 11:30 p.m. on if a load had delivered. Additionally, it was a load that I had confirmed with the broker during normal business hours would deliver the next day because no appointments were available per the broker himself. When I sent a response e-mail, I got a sarcastic response that there were no notes in the load as if that was my fault. Would not recommend working with this team. Very disorganized and lack of communications amongst the team. Additionally, the load was delayed in getting picked up because they couldn’t provide a proper pickup number. Horrible transaction all the way around.
