We did a load from Waddell, AZ to Kansas City, MO with Jon Wesolowski and the driver had a tire issue that took 17 hours to get fixed due to the shop being understaffed. This in turn caused our truck to deliver a day late. We had the delivery rescheduled to the next day and driver was a few hours late because of how much time was lost due to the tire issue and we got charged 2 late fees by the broker. His argument is he paid for a service that wasn't there even though we communicated all issues. He stated if we get to a receiver with power issues and have to layover 2 days we shouldn't ask for layovers either. The layovers are to cover costs. These fees by the broker are optional and just kicking someone who is down. Charging a late fee to a carrier because of a breakdown is outrageous especially when it was communicated. I would be very careful when booking with this company.

Operations Supervisor for a FL based Transportation Company. We are running dedicated with FitzMark. Drop trailer at the shipper. (Love!!) Pickup over night all paperwork in the back and ready to go. Live unload at the receiver. Always under 2 hrs. Which is perfect. Our Agent is Awesome! Thanks Jared Smith. He's just a phone/text away if we need him. Updates are easy and quick. We use Rose Rocket TMS and it sends them updates from with in the system on every stage of the Pickup/Delivery. Works for both of us. We are enjoying the working relationship. Worked with a guy by the name Taylor Sprites. I would like to say he was very rude. He lied about pick up information then began to yell after being told the information he provided was incorrect. He also said he would not pay for having the driver make a false trip to the shipper. He gave this company a bad image. He was very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend doing business with this guy at this company. If you get him I recommend you request someone else.

I own a small fleet Trucking company and I have been working with Fitzmark for over five years now. Great brokerage company to work with. My contact there, Javier Flores, understand the challenges of trucking company and he has been very fair and reasonable. I look forward to working with them for many years to come!

We enjoy working with Jared Smith on the tobacco contract. Anytime we ever had a issue, or problem he was on it ASAP. He was pleasant to work with and very professional and nice. We never had any issues getting up with Jared whenever we needed him. I highly recommend working with Jared Smith.

Fantastic brokerage and broker. I worked with Andy S. today, but have dealt with other brokers here in the past also. They are always professional, very nice, give great rates, honest, and willing to help if any issues arise with the loads. Honesty can be hard to come by at times, and it is refreshing to find that.

So a load was posted on Truckstop, I called about the load and was informed that the pickup and delivery point was not as posted, basically 50 miles off, A red flag for double brokering, None the less I listened what it entailed so I took the load, 20 mins. later got a call back to tell me it required 300K cargo coverage, which told me they never read my credentials because I have 1 million cargo coverage, 5 hours later an e mail was sent telling me i couldn't do they load because I hadn't hauled for them previously. Problem was I never saw the e mail, so my driver was promptly onsite the next morning to load and was loaded and rolling before anyone knew the difference. All they had to do was make a phone call. That being said it was decided to continue with the load, They then requested we down load Macropoint, Now the real problem begins, My company policy is we don't do Macropoint unless the load pays 10K or more. But, they can call dispatch or the driver at anytime, the phone will be answered. Immediately they went into a panic. But, that being said we answered their call every time they rang which was ridiculously often. Now, we picked up on Monday morning, delivery was set for Wednesday morning, My driver delivered at noon on Tuesday, so basically we delivered a day early with no issues. Would you believe they deducted $100.00 from our pay because we wouldn't load Macropoint, I guess they showed me... LOL... We have to stand up to the broker's that Bully, You don't get a Million in Cargo coverage by being a slacker in the industry, I've had equipment on my trucks worth 30 Million, you get good coverage because your good. Apparently they didn't get the Memo. Also keep in mind when it lands on your truck, it's your load, not theirs, I can assure you if something happens, no one goes after the broker, they always go after the trucking company. So my review is this, Fitzmark probably double brokers, Not good, They also think they make the rules. The rules are negotiable, and if you think the threat of taking my money is gonna help, wake up... I have rules to, Glad I got the chance to work with them but not sure I'd recommend them for any of your hauling needs, But, they do have a fancy website so that must mean something.... I give them 1 star only because of the agent I dealt with, She was top shelf...
