Excellent stay all around. Top notch staff, well appointed suite, excellent craft drinks and the spa was top notch. Special thanks to Jacob for his warm welcome and making my birthday special. Close proximity to the Toyota Center for a show and Pappas Steakhouse.

I absolutely love this hotel!! The staff is so kind and accommodating! I love the cabana rooms! The rooms are so much more cozy than your average upscale hotel! The room service is prompt and the food is excellent even at late hours of the night! I highly recommend the all fruit orange/mango smoothie! It is so fresh and energizing! Thank you Four Seasons for going above and beyond to cater to the needs of your guests!

I want to compliment the staff of the hotel, especially the parking valets. I attended the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Fundraiser on the evening of February 3. My band provided the entertainment for their program. The nicest young man greeted me when I arrived and even helped me unload my gear. He couldn't have been nicer. The front desk gave me excellent directions to the ball room. When we finished the evening it was almost midnight, and, once again, the valets were wonderful. So friendly and polite. I am so sorry I didn't get their names. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous!

Everything about this establishment makes me want to return to Houston and stay forever. This hotel has the best service I have ever experienced in all of Houston! The Four Seasons Hotel Houston has my heart, and it will forever be my new spot when I come to Houston. The biggest thing that stuck out to me about this property from others, is the level of service and attentiveness the staff provides. Constantly ensuring everything with not only your stay is going well, but also your day! Everyone I encountered was so helpful, and kind, and represented what it is to be a true Four Seasons Employee. I cannot say it enough but I was utterly impressed by the level of service, they provided. I want to give praise to the following members: - Mo, the bellman, was the first face that greeted me by opening my car door and taking my question (no questions asked). He was very welcoming and told me necessary information about the property, such as where Toro Toro was or the spa. To be completely honest, everyone at the front desk displayed the utmost professionalism and warm hospitality. Jacob was absolutely outstanding. He inspired me in so many ways and even gave me a full escort to my room—I truly felt special! He was very helpful and attentive throughout my entire stay. Steven's professionalism and attentiveness were superb, and they inspired me to upgrade my level of professionalism. - Justin from Bayou & Bottle was great! The drinks, the service, and the conversation were fantastic! He makes a hell of a margarita, definitely recommend that! His service and personality really shined - I went to the bar for a drink before going out and found myself constantly coming back to that bar throughout my whole stay! - Ms. Jesse from Toro Toro was so helpful and kind. She was the first face I saw when I came up the stairs, looking so lost. She even went all the way downstairs to the front desk to get my credit card, which I had left in my car. She even checked up on me throughout my meal. Niomi, the bartender at Toro Toro, makes a mean spicy margarita!!!!! She ate down with the drinks, her service was great! She was very friendly and always made sure i was okay throughout my meal! - If there was one person i wish i could've given a huge hug to it would be Ms. Sue in ResCom. She was so fabulous and helpful with every request I had. She was so professional, kind, and amazing! Thank you for everything :) - the real shoutout goes to the Valet Team - everyone! I have never stayed at a hotel where the valet team is so amazing! No delays, very kind and helpful, speak to you! I was astonished; everyone I encountered was so great! they even asked me if I wanted hot chocolate while I waited for the guys to put my bags in my car - that was the icing on the cake! The food + the service throughout this property makes you not want to leave the hotel. They have everything you need and want! They even have a coffee shop that I will be trying the next time I stay!!! Thank you to everyone I encountered, you made what was a one-night getaway for me, an unforgettable experience that truly impressed me and raised the standard I have for hotels. Not only did you give me such a warm and exciting welcome into Houston, but you also gave me inspiration and memories that I will forever cherish. Exceptional Service & Luxury at Four Seasons Houston When you think of Four Seasons, you envision world-class service and stunning properties in exotic locations. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons in Houston, and I can confidently say that the service here is truly impeccable—among the best we’ve experienced across all Four Seasons properties. From the diverse dining options to the expertly crafted cocktails and luxurious amenities, every detail was exceptional. This stay wasn’t just one of our favorite Four Seasons experiences, but one of the best we’ve had at any high-end hotel. Whether visiting for business or leisure, any time of year, I highly recommend the Four Seasons Houston for an unforgettable stay.

Unreal hotel. The Japanese restaurant was incredible. We sat at the bar as there were no tables but was really fun. The bar staff were wicked! Cocktails amazing and everything we ate was delicious.

(I did NOT stay at this hotel, but I would) I visited this location to deliver a 2 models for an event. The facility is beautiful the staff very friendly. It took us almost 20 mins to get access to the loading dock, but otherwise great.

This was a quick two nights 3 days that I did not want to end. Love the rooms and the villas. The open air breakfast was superb, Mr. Gamal at the restaurant was one of a kind giving the service to the place a seven star hotel not just five star.

My wife and I spent the night for a staycation at Houston’s Four Seasons Hotel. It was an amazing experience; it was a first time for both of us. The staff and hotel were definitely top shelf in every aspect. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a five-star hotel experience.
