By far, the best hotel experience ever in my life. This was the first 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at and it blew my mind away. From valet, check-in, room service, food, and check-out, all of my expectations were well exceeded. The staff was very polite, helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The amenities were top notch as well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hoping to be back one day!

Great hotel in downtown Houston! It can be a little loud because of traffic but the valet service is very quick and convenient. The gym and swimming pool is very clean. I enjoyed my stay with them. Definitely recommend it.

Great location as it is walking distance to some good restaurants and close to major sports venues like Minute Made Park and the Toyota Center. Rooms are clean, and the TV had a good selection of channels from HBO to ESPN etc. My only minor complaint is that the scent in the lobby can be a little too aromatic for some people. I enjoy more woody smells, but if you like perfume aromas, you'll like the scents.

Attended a private anniversary party here. The meeting space was the Conroe Room on the second floor. The private service was impeccable and we enjoyed Butternut Squash Soup, House Salad, and Salmon or Steak entrees. The space was intimate and allowed the guests to enjoy the experience.

It is an older property, but still looks good. Staff could not be nicer. Rachel at the front desk and Youssuf in the restaurant were extremely nice and helpful.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent reservation at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. On December 13th, I had a reservation for two nights at this hotel. I never checked in or stayed at the property. I made a reservation for my intended dates, but for personal reasons, I was unable to make it and never checked into the hotel. Unfortunately, due to my computer being hacked and all of my information being stolen I was unable to access any of my accounts. This led to me not being able to log in to my email or hotels.com app to verify, confirm or cancel any reservations I may have had. I was completely locked out. Of course the last thing on my mind was a hotel reservation that I booked months ago as I was trying to recover access to all of my important information. When I reached out to the customer service team to request a refund, I was met with little to no assistance Despite my clear communication regarding this issue and the fact that hotels.com tried to reach out to this hotel on my behalf to request a refund, I was still denied. I believe this situation is both unfair and unacceptable, especially being that this is a very prestigious hotel. You would think during this season people would be a little more empathetic and understand that things happen. I feel robbed. I was charged $1,306.34 for two nights. The hotel manager was not helpful at all so I have no choice but to escalate the matter through the relevant consumer protection channels. I will be contacting the general manager, Tom Segesta as well as Brad Packet, the senior director of public relations and communications. This should not have to be escalated to this extent but taking from people is unacceptable.

Went for a pool day and ended up not being able to enter the pool. The water looked extremely cloudy and murky. Ordered a salad from the poolside food menu but it had a long dark hair in it. The hotel smelled great on the way in but I'm assuming they ran into sewer issues on the way out as the entire downstairs area smelled like backed up sewage. Unfortunately this location is not worth the price point at all.

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. We were in a suite. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back!

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and everything about our experience was great. I had a few questions regarding my folio, and I really appreciate Johnathan's quick and helpful responses. This hotel is a perfect place to stay while visiting Houston, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time.

Underwhelmed. I was in town for a conference. The hotel was fully booked. My room wasn’t ready, that’s okay, I was an hour early, they said they would call or text when ready. They did not. One elevator was down. The elevators are slow and inadequately the volume of guests. The pool area was not clean. A lot of debris, the fountain was only half operational. Not 5 star experience. The worst service was at the lobby bar, I went to the Astros game, came back, sat a the bar, it was about 3/4 full. No service or even eye contact. I politely tried to get one of the bartenders attention. I left after 15 minutes and went to the whisky bar across the street. The room itself was nice. Clean. Comfortable, I was surprised how much street noise there was on the 11th floor.
