We had the chance to spend a weekend at the Four Seasons and it was fun. The valet greeted us cheerfully and helped us get through the check in process. The rooms were spacious and light with comfortable beds and nice showers. The hotel hallways were a little cold but each room has a thermostat for personal comfort. I was there for meetings and can vouch that the team supporting us was super responsive. We never went hungry or thirsty and the temperature was maintained perfectly for us. We had a party in the Grand Ballroom and it was well supported. Food was delicious and drinks were served with a smile. The pool is warm, so even on a brisk night, we had a pleasant experience playing with the provided pool toys and enjoying the blue lighted environment. With the pool and the close proximity to Discovery Green, our family was well entertained.
The family had an amazing experience at our recent stay this previous weekend. From arrival to departure best experience we've ever had. Naomi @ torotoro treated us like family. The food is 5/5 as well.

You MUST try this hotel's pastries in the small corner cafe. It literary is the most fresh and delicious pastry in town. Don't miss it. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with great design. The team is amazing and super friendly. Try Toro Toro Restaurant Churro's, it is the best. They also bring it to your room if you ask for room service.
Wonderful hotel that makes you feel at home, but has more luxuries than I’d ever indulge in at home. The staff is the most important amenity of the hotel. They also have a great spa, restaurants, events, and everyone goes out of their way to help you. i’m looking forward to staying again.

I stayed there for a conference in the G Brown Convention Center. The rooms, lobby and other areas are very inviting, comfortable and luxurious. More than the environment, what is outstanding is the personnel. The front desk staff (Jomar, Jacob, Cody,etc.) truly are exceptional! The speakeasy Bandista is outstanding and an awesome experience! The doorman are very attentive too, always welcoming! The fitness center is well equipped and Spa is a relaxing haven! Plenty of nice restaurants in the vicinity make it a great option!
Fours Seasons is everything they promise and more. The hotel had impeccable service, and I felt welcomed to stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff is always ready to help. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!!
What a fantastic hotel. A wonderful festive experience. The service was phenomenal and genuine. The bar and restaurants were lovely. The view and rooms were also amazing. Highly recommend for a long or short term stay. Comfy beds. Nice gym. Quiet. Would stay again.
