Four Seasons Hotel Houston

I’m beyond disappointed with the valet service at the Four Seasons. I had already paid and received confirmation for a daily parking rate through a service the hotel clearly accepted vehicles from. I handed over my vehicle without issue and left for the Astros game. Upon returning, I was blindsided — told I had been “scammed” and would need to pay twice the amount just to get my car back. Despite showing valid confirmation that the parking arrangement was legitimate and still active, the staff completely refused to acknowledge it. Even worse, they claimed I had “spoken to the manager” when I dropped off the car and was warned I would have to pay again — a blatant lie. I never spoke to any manager, and I had witnesses who confirmed that fact. The woman at the cashier desk was incredibly dismissive and repeatedly insisted that I had been scammed, even as I presented documentation proving otherwise. The hotel’s staff accepted the vehicle without protest, only to later deny any affiliation with the service, essentially holding my car hostage unless I paid again. This is not just poor service — it’s dishonest, disorganized, and disgraceful for a brand that markets itself as a standard of excellence. Being told I was “scammed” after the fact, with no accountability on their end and no effort to resolve the issue, was completely unprofessional. At no point did anyone apologize or try to make this right. I expect far better — and frankly, anyone should. I will absolutely not be trusting this hotel’s valet service again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before handing over your keys. If this is how the Four Seasons treats its guests, especially when they’re in the right, it’s time to reevaluate what “luxury service” really means.

My recent stay at the Four Seasons Houston was truly exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The service was outstanding as well. A special thank you to Adrian at Bayou & Bottle—his attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated every visit. Also, a big shoutout to Sandy at the pool, who went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and brought such a positive energy to the experience. From the amenities to the staff, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend Four Seasons Houston to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience in the city, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Hadn’t stayed since the much needed remodel, but the results are fantastic! Well done luxury. Gym is huge and fantastic equipment choices. Downstairs bar has great food and drink choices. Service is all areas is top notch as expected. Only down side is access to great food requires a drive or cab.

This hotel is truly 5 star! Every staff member I interacted with was phenomenal. The hotel lived up to its reputation and the food was wonderful as well. Thank you to everyone who made me feel very valued during my stay!! (I gave the location 4 stars because there was what sounded like street racing all night long and the room let a lot of outside sound in)

This was probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced, and I've stayed at, and I've done my fare share of hotel stays. The rooms were ridiculously amazing! The amenities were more than I'm used to or could handle. The staff were so comforting and down to Earth. To me, that's the most important part of a hotel stay because while there will always be something wrong with something, having the right staff to keep you happy and as comfortable as possible can make everything better. I will say it's pricey, but I wouldn't expect anything less from an amazing hotel. I will absolutely stay again when I go back to Houston!

Beautiful hotel in a prime spot! The staff is extremely accommodating and committed to making your stay a positively memorable experience. 24/7 room service with a cocktail bar that’s known for making tasty drinks. We had the best time!

The staff was amazing! They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. It might have been because I visited during Labor Day weekend, but downtown got a bit noisy at night. Consider requesting a room facing away from the street for a quieter experience.

My family loves, and looks forward to visiting the four seasons. The food is always amazing and bar beverages are unique, fresh, and made exact. My brother-in-law works for the 4 seasons in Hawaii so he has high standards. We enjoy soaking up in sun, playing in the pool and with a outdoor bar 20 feet away you won't have to walk far to get another one of their signature cocktails. I'm not much of an alcoholic beer drinker but they do carry the non-alcoholic beers to accommodate. Need a nap mid-day? With shades that allow zero light in, catching those "ZzZzZs" is not a problem, specially with the most comfortable bed mattress I have every laid down on. Nestled in the heart of downtown there is a lot to see and do here.
