When I was looking for travel insurance for my Costa Rica trip, I was recommended to check out G1G and I am glad that I did! I was provided the with the most professional service and all of the options were thoroughly explained to me. Definitely will use G1G in the future.
I meant to write this review months ago but its been a crazy year. I had never bought travel insurance before and did a lot of research to find that most of its a scam but because of coronavirus I felt I needed some protection. I contacted a couple providers and only G1G had provided honest guidance and actually helped me choose a plan that was less than the option I had originally selected. I got a plan that included CFAR. This was for a trip with my Mom to Patagonia. The tip fell through and so I had to use it. The research paid off because we were able to get our claim paid and got 75% of our expenses reimbursed. It took some time but I understand that there was a lot going on and g1g kept me updated and helped file and process my claim. I have been recommending this to all my friends for when travel comes back!
Thanks to representative Albert Stone who walked me through my policy and all the options I had to cover myself. I had a thousand questions and probably took up way more of his time than I should have but he was kind and answered everything and then some. That's the kind of customer service experience that brings you back over and over. I'll definitely be buying my future travel insurance from G1G.

I am so impressed with g1g support with my claim. They were so helpful with finding a doctor in Spain in the middle of the night when my Mom fell and hurt herself. They made sure everything was filed correctly when we needed to get reimbursed and helped during our trip, and most importantly were really concerned about my Mom’s health while she we were in Europe. We always buy Schengen Insurance because its required but g1g rare to see am insurance company thats there when you need them. Very impressed and grateful for your business.”
This team is AWSOME! Each rep I've spoken with made me feel like I was their only client. I asked a lot of questions since I'm diabetic and they took the time to answer them all. The other bonus is they were $100 to $150 cheaper than some of the other companies I looked at. Whenever I travel from now on they will be the second call I make.
