There was no doubt from our first interactions that we had found a DJ who could be serious and precise with every little detail to make sure the event flowed but was completely hilarious and the life of the party at our wedding! Caleb took the time to communicate often with us through the planning process which made us feel so comfortable. I went right up and hugged him upon meeting for the first time - feeling like we had been friends forever! Every compliment we’ve had from our wedding starts with “Your DJ was amazing!” Or “ I’ve never been to a wedding with a DJ like yours!” There are so many unique touches Caleb and Generation Y Entertainment have with their experience of DJing and MCing your event (keeping those a secret - you gotta reach out!!) I cannot recommend GYE highly enough. Caleb set ample time to speak with my husband and I to make sure we were all on the same page and that we were getting exactly what we wanted. He even created a mash-up of 3 songs that we were using for our first dance and sent it to me within 24 hours of my asking - and the quality was excellent! Our wedding day went off without a hitch, largely because of Caleb and Ariel's efforts.

Caleb at Generation Y was a dream to work with. He was very professional and fun. He was super supportive in helping with the song playlist that coordinated with all the wedding events such as cutting the cake, first dance as well as the ceremony songs. Also the lighting was spectacular. Our guest had a blast dancing the night away.

Caleb is INCREDIBLE!!!! He fit in so well with all of our guests, and everyone couldn’t stop complimenting on how amazing he was! We had so much fun and Caleb was a huge part of that. His personality is so uplifting and he’s so easy to love! He’s very personable and gets to know his couples more than any other vendor. Highly recommend for your special day!!

If you are going to read reviews (which I highly recommend) Read this one!! Caleb is not only a DJ. Caleb was the ring leader. Caleb was the icing on the cake. Caleb was part of the family... From the start, the whole process was more than I can type in this review. I was very overwhelmed when it came to selecting vendors. When I first talked to Caleb on the phone he checked all my boxes and put all my fears behind me. I was able to work on a Google Doc with him throughout the whole engagement, selecting and reselecting songs and order of events. He really didn't need to be told what to do, but the type A bride I was, I gave him a very detailed explanation of when to stay what, and when to play each song and for how long. Never once did I even THINK about this Google Doc the day of my wedding because Caleb was always 3 steps ahead of me. I felt like he was part of the wedding party, he was everywhere I needed him to be. I would go ask him to do something I had just thought of and before I could get back to my groom, it was already happening ! It was like magic, I don't know how to explain it. Part of his service that really hooked me was the fact that everyone with speaking parts were going to be mic up. This was huge. How many weddings have you gone to and you couldn't hear anything? Not our wedding! The compliments are still coming in about how well that night flowed so smoothly! Caleb, you will forever have our business and there will not be another DJ in town like you. If you have made it this far, do yourself a favor and book with Caleb now. It will be the best dollars you spend on your special day, I promise you!

Caleb was our DJ for our wedding in Feb 2023 and was the absolute BEST choice!! We are STILL getting compliments about how great our DJ was several months after our wedding. He took care of everything with the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He helped plan out the flow of the whole event and went over all our musical tastes in detail and then totally nailed it day of. We had about 75 guests and the dance floor was packed the entire night with very few people sitting down. Even my 90 year old grandpa was out there dancing. It's been several months since wedding day but I couldn't be happier thinking back to it :)

Entertainment/music was one of my top priorities when it came to planning our wedding, and Generation Y (and Caleb) absolutely knocked our expectations out of the park! First off, Caleb was incredibly attentive and prompt with communication. He chose to do FaceTime meetings rather than just phone calls so that we could become more familiar with each other. All of our requests were executed perfectly, and he was very patient with our last minute detail changes. What struck me most was his professionalism, incredible ability to connect with the guests (pretty sure all 150+ people danced the entire time), and how seamlessly he worked with the other wedding vendors. Not to mention, his assistant Tracy was top notch and made sure everything flowed perfectly! Last, but not least, I am big on details and personal touches, and Caleb and his team were able to pick up on that and weave this in to the entire experience of our wedding that we, as well as our guests, loved. I cannot recommend Generation Y & Caleb enough, you will NOT be disappointed working with them!

A great DJ was one of our biggest priorities since they set the tone of the event and GYE was absolutely incredible! Caleb is super easy to work with and brings the party! We got so many compliments on the music the entire wedding. Caleb provided a level of professionalism and service that can be hard to find. We had an absolute blast and highly recommend GYE!

I would highly recommend using Generation Y Entertainment. Caleb and Tracy were the perfect DJ complement to our wedding ceremony and reception. Throughout the planning process they were easy to work with, responsive and gave great ideas that enhanced our event. We placed complete trust in them and they over delivered!
