Hiring Generation Y was truly THE BEST decision we ever made. I wish I could give Caleb & team a higher rating than just 5 stars. Let me start from the beginning, with all of our emails & phone calls - Caleb was not only the most professional person I've ever met, but he was funny and genuinely interested in us and our wedding. Caleb was EXCITED for us, to celebrate with us and that alone stood out to us as a differentiator. He wanted to truly understand our likes and dislikes, and he took the most care with the smallest details - things like making sure he pronounced all names correctly, both for us and our bridal party! As someone who has always had her name mispronounced, this detail was something that showed us just how exceptional Caleb was. For the wedding itself, Caleb was a superstar; every single one of our guests told us how enjoyable the music was and how much FUN they had. The way we had our flow of events for the reception, there were 3 hours straight for dancing after dinner, and Caleb played such a perfect playlist that nobody left the dance floor the entire time. In the words of our friends, the song list was "FIRE". Caleb was professional, respectful and downright fun to be around; we felt like we had both a vendor and a friend at our wedding, and we're just so appreciative of the relationship we formed, that helped make our wedding reception the most amazing evening. -Elisa & Josh Richard, 11/12/21

Caleb did an A++ job DJ'ing our Amelia Island wedding! The pre-wedding prep was easy, playlist was exactly what we envisioned, and he helped the dinner/dancing/speeches transition seamlessly. The dance floor was filled for the last two hours of the night, so of course we will be referring him to our friends and family every time someone asks. Thank you Caleb for being a part of our special day, we had the best time!

Look no further you have found your DJ!!! My husband and I recently had our wedding and we were so honored to have Caleb from GYE DJ for us. Music is very important to the both of us and after attending a lot of weddings we were definitely picky about our DJ. The 5 star reviews say it all. From the start Caleb was nothing but friendly, accommodating and open to all of our music interests. He had two facetime meetings with us which were so helpful and he helped to create our timeline for our wedding day. He was very organized and created a google doc so that we could keep track of our timeline and add our must play music for our day. My husband and I are very into pop punk and Caleb stepped up to the plate to give us the best punk concert yet! He was extremely professional and kind to all of our guests and we heard nothing but great things about him by our friends and family. I HIGHLY recommend GYE. Caleb made our wedding day unforgettable.

GYE was amazing! They truly get a feel of what you are looking for and what your guests are enjoying. I received a lot of compliments on how fun my reception was, thanks to GYE! I spent the entire time on the dance floor with my bridesmaids and we all had a blast. They are talented at what they do and are incredibly friendly and personable. Caleb, Grayson, and Charlee were all great at communicating and answering any question that I had. I would recommend GYE to anyone!

Highly Highly recommend booking Caleb! He was the DJ at our wedding and he was absolutely the best!! We were very picky when it came to music and we don't love the typical music that is played at weddings. Caleb helped cater to our music taste and made sure to include very important songs to use. Every meeting we had with him felt very personable and was easy to communicate and work with! Thank you Caleb we truly danced the night away and all our guest talked about how great the music was!

My husband and I got married in August and I truly don't even know where to even begin with expressing how much I recommend Generation Y Entertainment. Caleb, was genuinely the MVP of our wedding day. He played music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and each moment was so perfect. He was flexible, incredibly talented, so extremely kind, patient, and such a fun and cool human being. My husband and I enjoyed working with him so much that right before our exit, we told him that when we are back in town, we wanted to get dinner with him and his wife LOL! We wholeheartedly were going to miss our interactions and didn't want to part ways. His talent in song selection and being a DJ is out of this world. He works so diligently to curate the perfect vibes for your day. He sends over such a detailed google doc and asks so many great and important questions before your day to ensure the music will be spot on. During our last call in preparation for the big day, I was mentioning a funny story about how on my bachelorette, we played "What's Up?" by The 4 Non Blondes about 500 times, since that is my favorite song. I was expressing to Caleb how it was the theme song of my whole bachelorette trip. Fast forward to our wedding reception and he queued all my bridesmaids to the center of the circle and played that song so I could enjoy it once more with not only all of my girls, but my husband. He played it at the perfect time and I think you could see my smile from 1,000 yards away! It was such a highlight of the reception and it shows how much he listens and cares about all of his brides & grooms. My husband and I STILL have guests who rave about how that was the "best reception DJ they have ever experienced" and what a blast we all had dancing together. I can promise you, without a shadow of a doubt, that if you are looking for the perfect DJ, Caleb & Generation Y Entertainment are the way to go. 10000/10 would recommend!

My husband and I got married in October of 2025 and the music at our wedding was one of the most important parts! We had high expectations for our big day, and Caleb went above and beyond! Everything was seamless from start to finish. We had a Dance Floor playlist that we created, and he played everything we asked. He was attentive to the crowd and kept the party going the whole time!
