Caleb was an awesome find! He was recommended to us by one of our friends that is a wedding coordinator and we loved him! He’s very centered on the couple and what they want and don’t want during every piece of the wedding. He was extremely communicative and met with us via FaceTime on several occasions. He’s former military so he’s incredibly detail oriented while also being incredibly kind and caring. My family loves a good wedding and never left the dance floor once the reception got started! Would definitely recommend!

This is a long overdue review because my wedding was in January of this year but when I think back to the night and go through my wedding album I’m reminded of what an amazing dj Caleb truly was/is. He understood our vision and made the night feel effortless, like he was just a friend bringing everyone together. We had a lot of non traditional ideas for the ceremony and reception that Caleb heard and with very little direction orchestrated them without skipping a beat (literally). The dance floor was full the entire night and Caleb had an incredible knack for picking up on what could have been an awkward moment and seamlessly filling them with laughter and joy. I wish I could give 6 Stars. Caleb was everything we could’ve asked for and more. He curated and put together an evening that was more than just a packed dance floor. Every little detail between the cold sparks, the sax, the drums, the preparation and communication leading up to my Bride and I’s wedding was perfect. As someone that works in a business that relies heavily on Referrals and testimonials I’d be doing anyone that needs a DJ in NEFL a disservice by not leaving a review. Thank you sir for being more than just a DJ but truly a STAPLE in Hannah and I’s special day!

There are nothing but great things to say about GYE/Caleb. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience to work with him. One of our top priorities when starting wedding planning was to find a DJ who would set the tone for the party and from our first call we could tell Caleb was the guy. He has a very collaborative approach when it comes to music and worked with us to find a right balance of the vibe we wanted for our party. Not only that, he gave great advice and direction when it came to the overall flow of events and timeline of the ceremony and reception. We felt confident leaning into his expertise. He made sure everything from the ceremony to the toasts, dinner, dances, etc. flowed seamlessly. We had a large crowd (160+) and there was not one moment the dance floor wasn't packed. We gave Caleb a wide range of music styles - from oldies to club hits, reggaeton, salsa, pop punk and more - and he balanced the party perfectly and always kept the energy up. Lastly, he is just a lovely person to work with and we could tell he truly cared about making sure we had the best experience on our wedding day. We could not recommend him enough!

We chose Caleb as the DJ for our wedding, and we could not be happier with that decision. At one point during the night, I remember looking over at Caleb while everyone was on the dance floor—he was completely locked in and absolutely crushing it. His passion and dedication are undeniable. If you’re looking for a DJ who will elevate your entire wedding experience, Caleb is it. We’re so grateful for everything he did to make our day unforgettable.

We hosted our daughter's wedding last weekend, and it was a huge success. A MAJOR part of that was Caleb and Generation Y Entertainment. All sound from the ceremony to the reception was top-notch, and simply sounded GREAT. Caleb uses high-quality equipment, and is REALLY skilled as a DJ and MC. He worked closely with my daughter and son-in-law to curate the playlist, and Caleb masterfully created a "mash-up" of songs that had the dance floor packed every second. As an MC he was classy, efficient and friendly. The entire night went better than I ever imagined. 5 stars are not enough here. Generation Y earns my highest possible recommendation!!

If we could give more stars on this review, we absolutely would. Caleb was incredible from start to finish. When searching for a DJ for our wedding, we were hoping to avoid the typical “cheesy” wedding DJ and Caleb was the complete opposite. He was professional, personable, and extremely organized throughout every meeting, helping guide timelines, deadlines, and the overall flow of our special day. He truly listened to what we wanted while also offering thoughtful suggestions we wouldn’t have considered on our own. We had originally planned for an outdoor reception, but unexpected rain forced everything inside. What could have been stressful turned out to be a complete non-issue thanks to Caleb. He adapted immediately, handled the transition seamlessly, and ensured the night didn’t lose a single bit of energy or magic. In fact, he turned what could have been a disruption into something we—and our guests—haven’t stopped talking about. The atmosphere he created was electric, bringing even our shyest guests onto the dance floor. Along with playing all of our requested songs, he mixed in perfect additions that elevated the entire experience. Caleb is truly the best choice for any wedding or event. Caleb was incredible to work with and played a huge role in making our wedding unforgettable! He was organized, proactive, thoughtful, and listened to what we wanted. One of the things that stood out most was how he worked with my father to coordinate a surprise during his speech. Caleb kept it completely under wraps and executed it perfectly with sound effects and timing that made the moment even more special. We added a saxophonist to the dance set, which brought a fun surprise element that our guests loved and kept the energy high all night. From the very first conversation, Caleb made the entire experience effortless. He took the time to ask exactly what the bride and groom wanted, and then delivered on every single request! From the moment the reception began, Caleb managed the entire flow with such ease and professionalism from the speeches, the first dances, the cake cutting, the party on the dance floor, and all the way through to the most magical sendoff at the end of the night. We splurged on the add-ons , a live drummer and a sax player, and I cannot overstate how incredible they were. The energy they brought to the dance floor was electric, and our guests absolutely loved every second of it. We did the cold fireworks for the exit and they were absolutely breathtaking. The photos from that moment alone were worth every penny. What truly set Caleb apart was how seamlessly everything ran. There wasn’t a single awkward pause or missed cue the entire evening. Every transition felt intentional, every song felt perfectly placed, and the dance floor was packed all night long. Everyone is still talking about how much fun they had. Caleb is an amazing DJ, and I would highly recommend him to everyone! When I started the planning process for my daughter's wedding, the first thing I asked for was the best DJ in town. From our first encounter to the actual wedding day, he was professional, thorough, detail-oriented and had great ideas and suggestions to help us plan the day.
