We hosted our wedding at The White Room in St. Augustine and Caleb was just incredible. Super cool dude who was completely on top of his game throughout the planning process (and our weird requests) and on the day. Caleb choreographed the music for the ceremony and reception, and even helped our live musician by hooking him up when his equipment got rained on, we could not have asked any more of Caleb and he delivered above and beyond. I don't know how many guests told me that one of their highlights was the music quiz (The Hunger Games) we did at dinner. As we had Action Stations guests had to guess the track and artist to earn their table going up to get food. We were skeptical at first but boy did it create an amazing atmosphere and energy! Finally, Caleb accommodated all of the music we wanted to play but also had a knack for playing the right type of song at the right time. I can't remember a time when the dance floor was empty! Don't look any further than Gen Y!

I would hire Caleb / Generation Y Entertainment again in a HEARTBEAT. I truly can’t stress enough how amazing this team is to work with. Super professional, great read of the crowd, adaptable and most importantly a great human being. When I envisioned my wedding, I always thought for sure I would go with a live band…then I spoke to Caleb and I could not be happier I went with him and his team to DJ the wedding. He was a great MC, made sure everything went smoothly. I had people coming up to me at the wedding telling me how cool Caleb was. It was the best dance party EVER. We did not leave the dance floor all night. Best. Day. Ever.

Caleb was such a joy to work with and absolutely loved having him as the DJ for our wedding! From the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, he absolutely crushed it!! His transition from song to song was smooth and his song choice was amazing! He had us and our guests out on the dance floor the whole night and wouldn’t want it any other way! So many of our guest came up to us and complemented how great the music was! We will recommend him over and over again!!

From the very first call we had with Caleb, we knew that we were going to have the best wedding entertainment if we booked GYE. He listened closely to what we wanted for our wedding which was a well coordinated timeline, funny and lighthearted MC’ing throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, and nonstop lip-sync worthy, head banging, fist-pumping songs that were a mix of throwback r&b, angsty punk, and EDM songs that were nostalgic for all of the young millennials in the room. From the first call to after the wedding was done and over with, we felt like he and his team truly CARED about us and everything we wanted for our big day. We had almost every single guest tell us that our DJ was amazing. This was evident when we looked around and saw everyone screaming the lyrics to Mr Brightside, followed by Caleb himself showing everyone how to hit the dougie. He was able to engage everyone on the dance floor without playing your typical wedding songs like the electric slide, the cha cha slide, or the Cupid shuffle (not that there’s anything wrong with that, we just personally wanted to hear songs that we grew up with and loved, and he curated a playlist that fit us and all of our wedding guest perfectly). Having an experienced and FUN, non-cheesy DJ is critical for your wedding day, and I cannot recommend him enough. If you’re a Gen Z / millennial who wants to have a memorable dance party, book Generation Y Entertainment NOW or you’ll regret it.

We are so glad we chose Generation Y for our wedding! Caleb was professional, easy going, and adaptive!! He kept the energy high, read the crowd perfectly, and made sure everyone from our grandparents to our college friends had a blast! Generation Y was organized, responsive, and took time to discuss our preferences to make sure our day was perfect! Our guests are still talking about how great the music was! My husband and I just had our wedding in St. Augustine and Caleb hosted our wedding. We had a very small destination wedding of 55 people, so we were a bit concerned about keeping the dance floor filled all night. Not only was the dance floor filled, but we had so many comments of how our wedding was the most fun wedding our friends and family have ever been to and I give thanks to Caleb for that! He has multiple check ins with you leading up to the wedding day, and caters music to to you and what you like. He makes a complete timeline of events for the day so we knew exactly what was happening when. The entire day ran so smoothly. Do not hesitate, go with Generation Y for your wedding!!

Caleb/Generation Y was amazing to work with! He was a great communicator and took our personal music/party choices to heart. Throughout the whole night, from the ceremony to the last dance, we heard our favorite music represented. Caleb mixed the music beautifully and read the audience so well; switching things up when energy was beginning to lull. He was an effective/no frills MC (which is much appreciated). I’m so grateful for him and the impact he made on a party we’ll never forget!

Caleb, is hands down the best DJ and EMCEE you can get for a wedding or event. He was professional, funny and detail orientated. He ensured every single detail no matter the size was fulfilled to your expectations. He coordinated everything with me and my wife well in advance, and the night before. he was on-time, provided what was requested and handled everything that was or could of been thrown at him. Every single one of my guest that attended my wedding complimented Caleb on his work. Caleb is 10/10, his equipment 10/10, and your wedding or event DJ needs will be 10/10 if you get this guy!

For my wife and I, finding the right DJ for our wedding was super important. They really control the flow of the event and help facilitate everything happening. From the beginning, Caleb was super friendly and professional, and really made us feel comfortable. He was also very thorough in making sure every moment had the correct music and vibes. The day of, he made sure to introduce himself to everyone who would be speaking and made sure that they understood what to do, where to be, and how to handle the mic equipment. And for the ceremony, everything from switching mics on and off to music timings went perfectly. For the music and dancing, he was great. He read the room well and played exactly the right combination of songs for us. A number of our guests even commented on how good he was. Honestly, if I could give 6 or 7 stars I would, he was that good. If you're looking for a DJ, Gen Y Entertainment is the one to hire. Thank you so much Caleb!

Caleb played SUCH a big part in making our wedding day the best day ever! He took the time to get to know us as a couple, and based on our conversations, we had complete trust that he knew exactly the vibe we wanted. Caleb's demeanor made us and our Officiant super comfortable and confident throughout the ceremony. At the reception, everyone was dancing and Caleb read the crowd sooo well!
