Provided a good report and when I was having trouble cancelling, JB with support was very helpful in having it cancelled for me.
I recently contacted Good Car’s customer service to cancel my 7-Day Unlimited Reports, and I was assisted by Wilma. She was fast, polite, and very professional throughout the process. The cancellation was handled smoothly without any hassle. Excellent service

Billing issues but once contacted customer service was helped and process was made easy and rectified issue and changed my entire view of company. All in all, id use them again. But understand that it might be 2$ for trial period but its 25$ after that and billed upon end of trial. Partly my fault I didnt read the fine print. READ FINE PRINT!
Same information at a much lower cost than carfax. Make sure to read the fine print about the auto renewal for a membership. If you don’t want it, it’s easy to cancel and the customer service is great.
Excellent company. I really liked the simplicity of the app and website. I had a minor flaw trying to cancel my account after I purchased my car, but the chat support was extremely fast and courteous in supporting my issue. Well done! I'll be back!!
Listen not a bad service but truly read the fine print their 7 day trial period for only a few bucks ended with them trying to charge me 30$ a month —30$ a MONTH so I could “continue running reports” I only needed one. Thankfully I had the card set to an account I don’t use much so nothing went through as they don’t offer refunds. But the customer service lady was very nice and helped me cancel—-thankfully!
