Service support center was very helpful. I mistakenly thought I could purchase a VIN inspection on my daughter's car as it was transferred out of state. When I realized my error, GoodCar was happy to cancel my subscription to prevent me from being charged a monthly fee. The best part was I was able to accomplish 100% on line without having to take time to sit on hold,
Good car look up application. Make sure you don't forget to cancel the trial if you're only doing one or two lookups!! The terms & conditions state you have to cancel trial before being charged full membership. If you catch a nice rep before the charge goes through, they may give you a refund.
Predatory. Do not use. Trial period runs into billing, and they do not honor refunds on the end date.
