GoodCar worked great while I was car shopping. Worked as expected, and very clear and concise reports that can be saved as pdf. Maintenance schedules for the vehicles are included, which are easier to use than the owner's manual. Cancellation was smooth when I no longer needed.

Had a little bit of a hiccup due to Apple Pay privacy policies but Miriam was quick to help and very professional, and assisted me through every step of the process. Would highly recommend dealing with Miriam for any queries!
ORDERED A 1 TIME REPORT WHICH WAS GOOD..DIDN'T READ FINE PRINT AND WAS BILLED LATER FOR A FULL SUBSCRIPTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE GRANTED A REFUND UPON CONTACT WITHOUT DELAY..GOOD COMPANY BUT WATCH THE FINE PRINT.
Received unknown charge to my bank account at 1130pm. I did not sign up with them with my consent. Called their number to inquire only to talk to an AI assistant. This seems like a big red flag and scam.
Please make sure when you cancel you keep a screenshot. Only giving 5 stars due to JB from customer services that resolved billing problem. He was helpful and efficient.
Services are informative and useful. Near completion of my trial period I was charged for the full service. When I requested a refund it was quickly reviewed, they assisted with my cancelation and refunded my money. Very pleased with results.

Great resource. Fantastic customer support. I just wish they had service history in the standard service. The important facts are there if you want to know title history before you buy.
While the report/information we were looking for wasn't on the report. However, Aaron was very helpful (via chat) when I requested to have my account deleted. It will be completed in 1/2 day. If not I will update this review.
