JB was very courteous and helpful. Resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner.
All my concerns were addressed and delt with in a timely efficient manner by support. However website was in violation of Idahos click to cancel law. Also $30 for a month is predatory when not clearly stated. The initial trial is framed as a one time payment for a week. Information provided from a vin lookup does not include any maintenance records. The only good thing about this company is it's customer support which is just someone trying to make a paycheck.

I originally just wanted a single VIN report for one of my cars and didn't realize that purchasing it automatically enrolled me in a 7-day trial for a $29.95 monthly subscription. I only found out when I saw the new charge on my credit card. I was initially upset about the auto-enrollment, but I reached out to customer support and they were excellent. They reviewed my usage history, promptly canceled the subscription, and issued a full refund. While the automatic enrollment process needs more transparency, I am very happy with their courteous and helpful customer service. Overall, a positive resolution."
I only needed the service for one vehicle. GoodCar provided a great detailed report. Cancelling was no issue. Aaron was very helpful and cancelled through the online chat. Highly recommend

I'm giving 5 starts to the csr JB who helped me cancel a monthly subscription (that I never opted in for ) . I used Good Car for a 1x car check at 1.95 - and next thing I see is an email saying I will be billed for my monthly sub on 7/11. I cancelled it via email saying I never signed up for it but never heard back from Good Car . I did a live chat w JB who confirmed for me that they only charged me $1.95 and my sub monthly (which I did not sign up for ) was in fact cancelled . Yeah for JB ! Nay for a good Car automatically setting me up for monthly without my authorization :)
GoodCar provided detailed information via their VIN Check and Vehicle History. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I was signing up for a membership until the trial period was over and they tried to charge my credit card. I reached out to customer service and Roanne (a real customer service representative) was able to help me fully resolve my cancellation. While I would have preferred to not have been signed up for a membership at all, the speed and courteous way Roanne helped me got me to where I needed to be in the end.
