Toni is the best employee!! She cleans the store so well and has everything neat & organized. This store would not be the way it is without her! She definitely deserves more recognition for all of her hard work. She is very welcoming and will help you find what you are thrifting for!!
I’ve been coming here years. The prices are outrageous. When something is broken. They won’t even discount it. They feel like it’s coming out of their pocket and it was donated through our neighborhood. They even won’t even take a dollar off that’s crazy. I’ve been donating my daughter‘s clothes for five generations. I will not donate again and I hope everybody could see this when you donate. They put high prices on it and we’re trying to get back to the community, especially at hard times right now for our families that need to take kids back to school. I need a desk for their kids. Remember, keep this in mind if you give a shirt it’ll probably be $12-$15 or maybe more it’s crazy we’re not giving back to the community.

I've been to this store early last year and I wasn't really impressed. I gave a try today and I was astonished with how it looks like inside! It is well organized and there are so many good stuff that's worth buying!! The staff are friendly too including the manager!! This will be my go-to store from now on!
Hi, I’m writing to share a wonderful experience I had at your Goodwill location at 2100 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76134. Toni was absolutely amazing. Her spirit was so positive, and she was incredibly kind and helpful during my visit. She made sure I had everything I needed and truly went above and beyond. I used to visit this location often, but I stopped coming because of past experiences with staff who were not very welcoming. However, today completely changed that for me. It was refreshing to be helped by someone with such a great attitude who was genuinely ready to assist. Because of Toni, I will definitely start coming back to this location more often. Her customer service made a big difference.
WOW, never been to such a nice GW. Houston area GW’s pale in comparison. Fresh, clean, dressing rooms, snacks, new items! What a nice store!!
it was my favorite location but not anymore , There prices are too high compare to other locations. The store is almost empty nothing value so disappointing
The staff here is very nice and the store is organized and clean most of the time. I say most of the time because when they are busy it can get crazy. It’s easy to do a drop off donation plus it’s quick and they give you a receipt for your taxes. Overall I’m happy with this location.
Been coming to this goodwill for yrs and the new remodel is awesome. Prices are fair. Clothes is decent. Manager is real nice . Staff has always been nice to. Usually go in the afternoon when its slower. I went in early today A employee came up to me and started having a random convo with me and literally gave her honest opinions on the clothes I was picking I even ended up leaving with more than what i wanted!!! I can't even remember her name all I know is that she had some serious dimples! I like that feeling when you go into a store and they make you feel like you've known them forever. Will continue spending my check here lol
I go here alot!! Everyone is so nice. Also they never make me feel like a bother when i come in and return clothes that I’ve previously bought without trying on (I always come to the store 30 min till closing due to my schedule). Sorry bout that, but they always greet everyone with a smile and i get awesome service ….⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me
