they always have a great selection of items and the staff here is very nice the parking could be a little tricky at sometimes but other than that i like it
They don't have to much of anything and they are very rude. They are mean to the customer's. I use to shop there all the time. But never again. I would go else where.
Not too impressed.some things are priced too high for all being donated items. It's a thrift store. Not retail store. Clothes weren't clean. Not sanitized as it's required by health department. Too many broken items that they still wanna sell as complete. No not impressed. Not what it once used to be. A small juice glass for ,99cents. Should be half that.
The most cleanest and very well taken care of . The best products and most awsome worker's. Love this store. Thanks to all the worker's great job. The othere goodwill worker's need to come to this goodwill and get and some hands on experience from this awsome workers. Much love lady's
My name is Sylvia I am dissatisfied with This store on Fredericksburg in Feb 21 this yr I was testing a shamrock nightlight I got shocked and the store called EMS. I Have tried to reach them ever since I keep getting False hope I even talked to Risk Management and the Director and still no help. I have been billed from the city of san antonio. And they have not paid the Bill, very upsetting of a Big Organization that Appears to help people but refuse to pay for something that was not my fault.
I want to give a big shout out to the manager Denise at this location..On May 4th i went and donated 2 large truck loads of stuff i had left over from a rummage sale at my church...i accidentally gave them a bix that was not for donation and didn't realize it till the next day...So i went Sunday morning to speak with the manager Denise and she told me they would look for it and she would call if they found it....So later on that evening she calls me and says the have gone through several bins and can't find it...She asked me to name some spacific items that were in the box which i did I also told her if its out of the box and in bins already not to worry about it...I didn't want them to go through all that trouble to find my items....So we hung up and I thought that was the end of that....WELL it wasn't...Mrs. Denise called me Thursday and I was sleeping so she left me a voicemail that she thought she had found my items...So when I woke up I called her back and she said yeah she thinks she found my items if i could go look to see if those were the items i was talking about....I went and it was the items....everything was in there...I was so happy....She went above and beyond her work duties i think...I thanked her and tried to give a little something which she refused but she did tell me your welcome and allowed me to give her a hug....YOU ROCK DENISE
The Manager Was Very Rude, She Had An Attitude. I Saw A Customer Ask For Help She Put Her Had in His Face And Said She Busy And He Needs To Wait. While She Was Flirting With Another Employee, Laughing And Joking. Worst Experience.
Five stars because the men's area has a massive selection. The is not consistent with most Goodwill stores I have been to. Cleanliness is good snd staff friendly.
Didn't have enough time to look around but I found a piece of furniture I liked, a. Woodlen bench with a black cushion, the cushion was missing though and the price stayed the same. My sister for to look through the clothes and in her opinion the clothes was in good shape as opposed to another Goodwill near the airport.
