They don't have to much of anything and they are very rude. They are mean to the customer's. I use to shop there all the time. But never again. I would go else where.
Not too impressed.some things are priced too high for all being donated items. It's a thrift store. Not retail store. Clothes weren't clean. Not sanitized as it's required by health department. Too many broken items that they still wanna sell as complete. No not impressed. Not what it once used to be. A small juice glass for ,99cents. Should be half that.
The most cleanest and very well taken care of . The best products and most awsome worker's. Love this store. Thanks to all the worker's great job. The othere goodwill worker's need to come to this goodwill and get and some hands on experience from this awsome workers. Much love lady's

Didn't have enough time to look around but I found a piece of furniture I liked, a. Woodlen bench with a black cushion, the cushion was missing though and the price stayed the same. My sister for to look through the clothes and in her opinion the clothes was in good shape as opposed to another Goodwill near the airport.
My name is Sylvia I am dissatisfied with This store on Fredericksburg in Feb 21 this yr I was testing a shamrock nightlight I got shocked and the store called EMS. I Have tried to reach them ever since I keep getting False hope I even talked to Risk Management and the Director and still no help. I have been billed from the city of san antonio. And they have not paid the Bill, very upsetting of a Big Organization that Appears to help people but refuse to pay for something that was not my fault.
The Manager Was Very Rude, She Had An Attitude. I Saw A Customer Ask For Help She Put Her Had in His Face And Said She Busy And He Needs To Wait. While She Was Flirting With Another Employee, Laughing And Joking. Worst Experience.
Five stars because the men's area has a massive selection. The is not consistent with most Goodwill stores I have been to. Cleanliness is good snd staff friendly.
I used to like shopping here. Sadly many of the customers are rude and behave badly. I can put up with that. But when I am standing in a long line as I was today and someone cuts ahead with the encouragement of staff, that p.o.'s me. I'm not one to make anything of the fact I have 4 herniated discs. They hurt all the time. I have to live with the most horrible kind of pain. Standing much less walking can be a chore when your leg is numb and your foot hurts in the worst way. So to stand for a long time in line is tough. I was patiently waiting. A new register opened. A woman at the back of the line cuts ahead to the newly opened register. It made me angry, but I was not going to lose it. Others even said I should be next in line at opened register. The woman was mad at that suggestion. She started to back up but two employees, one a woman and the male cashier told her no, that she should go ahead. Well I'm sorry but I lost my temper and cursed the customer out. I also told the employees that I will never shop in that store again. I walked out very, very, angry. Fifteen years I've shopped at this Goodwill since arriving in San Antonio. Never again. PMC Fox.
Always kind and efficient every time I've come through the drop-off. Store is very organized compared to others I've been to. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into making my experience a positive one!
