Grand Adventures Tours

We did the Grand Canyon Skywalk tour last week with Alfonso from Grand Adventure Tours, and we genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone wanting to experinece a tour of the grand canyon. Alfonso was truly outstanding, his knowledge of not only the grand canyon but everything along the route, even the construction and details of our hotel were exceptional. The group size was small 8 on the day but max 12, and this gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop at our own pace and allowing for an abundance of photo opportunities. When it comes to photos and best angles Alfonso really did have us covered. It is a long day, but absolutely worth every minute. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish and could not recommend these guys highly enough. A memorable experience that we will never forget all thanks to Alfonso and Grand Adventures Tours!

We had the most awesome trip to Hoover Dam and the Grand Ganyon! Our guide, Alfonso, was just phenomenal! He gave us great info along the way, kept us all well hydrated, was fun and caring... and an awesome personal photographer for each of our group! The whole experience could not have been any better!

We had a fantastic small group tour to the South Rim with Alfonso yesterday he was so friendly and very knowledgeable and we made several great stops along the way. He was also a brilliant photographer and took us to some fantastic photo spots that we’d have never have found by ourselves! Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to to visit the Grand Canyon 😊

Loved our Grand-Adventure Tour. Darryl was our guide very informative and easy to talk to. We were not rushed at any stop and got to spend a great deal of time exploring each location. The van was very comfortable and we loved that the tour is for a small group. My husband and I are from Pittsburgh and this was our first visit. We met two other couples from England and enjoyed their company as well. Pictures don’t do it justice. We saw the Las Vegas sign, Hoover dam, the Grand Canyon, did the sky walk and the Joshua Tree. A great day and we were back in time to explore the Vegas strip! Lunch was delicious!

Absolutely incredible day! From the moment we got picked up from our hotel, we were informed about everything we were going to be doing that day. Alfonso our tour guide is the best of the best!! He's polite, great photographer and filled with great information about everything Vegas! We were well fed and hydrated throughout the day (and it was a hot one!) and we had plenty of chances to rest during the drive. You will not regret booking a tour. It's a day that we'll never forget!

This is truly the best Grand Canyon tour and Alfonso, our tour guide, is amazing! He’s very knowledgeable about history and facts about the Grand Canyon but all the surrounding areas as well. Small groups get an all-inclusive price that includes breakfast and lunch and all the ice cold water you can drink. The van is air conditioned and there are plenty of bathroom breaks for those who need it. There are plenty of pictures to take but the tour guide takes amazing pictures too. The Skywalk was awesome! My mom, sister and myself had the best time! I’ve already recommended this tour to other family members and will be recommending it to my friends as well.

We booked a tour with this company, and it was by far one of the highlights of our entire trip. Our tour guide, Alfonso, was amazing; he not only took us to gorgeous destinations, but he also made the ride enjoyable and informative. Even though Nevada gets very hot in the summer, his van had great A/C. He also provided cold water, breakfast, lunch, and plenty of rest stops to keep everyone comfortable. I would recommend this company and tour in a heartbeat to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

We booked the sunset tour and Alfonso was our tour guide. He was fantastic , very knowledgeable and gave us lots of interest facts along the way. He is also a very good photographer, and was kind enough to take pictures of us and share them after, he went above and beyond what we expected. The highlight is clearly the Grand Canyon, but you also get to see Hoover Dam and a stop off in Seligman Arizona to see the historic route 66, we really enjoyed this part too and Alfonso took some cool photographs. The south rim is incredible and the point we accessed is believed to be best place for views, and what a view it was. Well worth the journey. The trip is long, but if you prepared it's a very enjoyable day, and the journey is broken up so there were plenty of opportunities for a comfort break. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip, it was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday and we would highly recommend if you are thinking of booking a Grand Canyon trip.

Alfonso, our guide to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon, was terrific. The total round trip was 14 hours, a long and packed day. He made everything very interesting along the way, and tied the elements of the trip together with great storytelling. He also knew everyone we met at the various stops, making the whole experience feel personal. We hit all of the highlights: the Skywalk, Guano Point, and a walk along the Hoover Dam. Great day, highly recommended.

I went on a small group Grand Canyon West Rim from Las Vegas. We also went to Hoover Dam, skywalk, and several little side trips. I had a wonderful time. It was literally the best day long tour I have been on. Our guide Alfonso Vargas was knowledgeable about history, geology and was a good storyteller. He was friendly, helped our group bond, which was really nice. People who didn’t know each other the day before, were chatting happily in the van and at lunch. I would greatly recommend this tour and I would definitely recommend Alfonso as a guide.
