Love grassroots. Kind staff, great selection, old school health food store ❤️
Great health food store with a wide selection of products. Supplements choices are plentiful. Organic produce, meat, groceries and eggs. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend this store. There aren't many left like this.
My husband ordered a smoothie with protein powder and asked the staff member if the powder had sunflower seeds (which my husband is severely allergic to). The staff member said NO. Unfortunately, the powder does have sunflower seeds, which we realized AFTER my husband finished the smoothie and started feeling sick. We rushed to get Benadryl and are now spending one of my only free days here in our hotel, as my husband sleeps this off (after vomiting and feeling constriction in his throat). The staff member checked afterwards and confirmed that the protein powder does indeed have sunflower seeds! This is a dangerous error.:: but it could have been way worse. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but felt it was important to prevent similar mistakes, which could be life-threatening, in the future.
Depending on your GPS some apps will miss direct you a little. Once in the 5 points area Park street, just walk around you will find the place.
Always liked this store, just hard to consistently support them with the outrageous prices (the name brand milks are way more than Whole Foods or Publix). I understand that there’s not much they can do about it. They aren’t Whole Foods. But overall, they have a solid selection of healthy food items and great smoothies.
I love living and working close to Grassroots, they are my go to for natural products and they have the best drink selection in town!
Small foot print but crammed with stuff. Large selection if eine beer, fruits & veg, vitamins natural cosmetics, frozen meats. Great neighborhood shop. Juice bar and out seating.
I love their smoothies! Space inside the store is tight, but it gives you an intimate environment. If you are looking for organic and plant-based food, then Grass Roots is the place for you. You are welcome. Don't forget to try a smoothie.
The employees in there are very helpful customer service is 100%. They took their time to help you find whatever you need and I like that
