NOT happy with the stores rewards systems. If you are offering %20 off the next purchase when you sign up for the account then it needs to be honored. This has been my 2nd purchase and somehow the %20 was not applicable for this purchase because of your system? Not my issue. Fix it please or don’t offer it to customers.
They have lots of healthy products to look at, but the negativity of the employees make customers feel uncomfortable

I am new to the JAX and Riverside area and have loved being down the street from GrassRoots! It is the best local shop to get all of your healthy goods at, they truly have everything.
Some unusual items. Excellent cashiers. But woefully mismanaged. Little food. Many many items, no prices indicated. No tofu for weeks. Down the tubes as owners clearly focused on other businesses. A pity!!!!
Love their selection of vitamins!!! Their smoothies and prepared foods are tasty too. Prices are more expensive, as expected. But worth checking out.
Love this local grocer! They have so many hard to find ingredients and a great selection of local and organic goods.
Love being able to stop by here to pick up Olive My Pickle products, refrigerated and in stock! And I always find other things to try
I can't give the place a genuine review as I only came for milk but it was more than I wanted to spend. I gave 5 stars because of the free reading material I was able to take with me. (Thank you, by the way) My wife said she had come here many years ago and bought a lot of stuff. I would like to return. I only came today because we enjoyed a late lunch next door at the Mediterranean restaurant.
I really recommend this place and the girl named Jennifer, she was amazing. She helps me by explain everything smoothie and juices by the ingredients in it. And her vibe was amazing she helps me a lot especially since it was my first time being there, Then she recommend me a drink called banana berry. That drink was amazing I would be definitely going back. I recommend this place for anyone that into fresh smoothies and juices.
