Cute coffee shop and market! Many speciality drinks and options for tea lovers like myself. We tried the cookie butter latte, iced caramel latte, and chai latte. Specialty coffees had good flavoring that was not overpowering or too sweet. Chai was classic and good. 10/10 drinks. The market is also great, they had many items from local stores (like mighty bread and milk jawn). Can’t wait to come back when it’s nice out and enjoy the outdoor space!
Walked quite the distance purely to check our the reputation that precedes Herman's in Philly. Was quite surprised to discover an alcohol store with lots of snacks that also serves coffee. The cold house brew was absolute ace, added a tiny bit of cream for added flavor. Quite the portion for a very low cost. King of this experience was definitely the amazing coffee!
Perfect place to start your day! Nice patio seating along with a great selection of pastries. I got the cookie butter latte and chocolate croissant. The best combo to jumpstart your day. I love the chill atmosphere of this place.
This is worth seeking out. The staff here are remarkably efficient and friendly, making the whole experience feel very welcoming even during a busy afternoon. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely enjoy serving customers.
Cool place with coffee, mocktails, and lots of wine samples and groceries. Even found Marou chocolate here, very surprising buz we started to know this chocolate when we visited Vietnam
Working as a barista for 3 years as a young adult and growing up in a coffee farm in the Philippines and learning how to harvest and naturally sun dry and roast coffee beans…I’d like to consider myself a coffee snob and believe that I know good coffee when I see it. All that being said, Herman’s by far is THE best coffee I have had in the US. I know that sounds far fetched, but there’s a reason why the lines are always out the door. Herman’s really does coffee well. They grow and roast their own beans which means they know coffee. On top of good coffee, they also make their own syrups and flavors and it makes a huge difference! Herman’s is a totally different experience if you like coffee. The wait is worth it. I also love their mini specialty store where you can find different types of local goods and foods, chocolate, tinned fish, oils, seasonings, and non-alcoholic spirits. If you’re all about supporting local businesses, this is one that should be supported for sure. Cost is a bit high for certain goods but their drink cost aren’t bad and honestly a little less than Starbucks. The service is a bit rocky but again it’s because they truly put their heart and soul into creating your drinks, they don’t rush so your drinks come out perfect. Patience is a virtue. TIP: if you’re in a rush, pre-order your drink online.
What a fun place to hang out! We went on a hot day but all the doors were open and a great breeze blew threw. The service is friendly and helpful. The iced coffee wasn’t over priced. I’d definitely come back again and again!
Excellent coffee roasted on site. Great croissant too. Very nicely converted auto shop to coffee shop. If you’re visiting or live nearby it’s a great local coffee shop.

Y'all are a convenient stop for coffee or a bottle of wine, but the staff is pretty stone cold. May or may not be back.
