I have had multiple suits from Indochino and used these showroom on three occasions. Definitely don't make the transaction hard and normally it is a very easy process. I think 14 suits from this company now so certainly a loyal customer. This is experience was very different though- I needed to change some of my sizes in the arms legs and shoulders, so I asked to get measured in these areas. What happened though is they decided to change everything and I have gone from having a well fitted slim sleek looking suit to a boxy off the rack look. After bringing them back to get altered the alterations almost look worse the arms are baggy the crotch is super low the pants and sleeves are two short. It's a complete butchering. The only "fix" is to drive back into Denver again and try it one more time- great news is they offered me a $30 credit for the inconvenience. Absolutely insulting. You are but just a number at this store, certainly not a valued customer. Maybe the quality has just diminished with size. Maybe they are just too busy but the personal touch has most certainly disappeared. Disappointed.

Reed was absolutely fantastic! He helped my husband find the perfect suit and blazer for his speaking event. He was knowledgeable, funny, and paid attention to every detail. The whole experience felt easy and even enjoyable! Highly recommend.

Got fitted for a tuxedo at Indochino Denver Cherry Creek today and was blown away by the expertise, thoroughness, and precision of my consultant, Eli. My experience there was beyond my expectations and for the quality I have to say very reasonably priced. I have purchased suits and have had them tailored at Men’s Wearhouse and Jos A Bank before and this was far superior. Once I receive my tux I will write another review on the fit and quality.

I came into Indochino in Denver for a suit for my wedding. I worked with Oscar all along the way. He made the process very relaxed and straightforward. First appointment was designing my suit, which went well. My second appointment was measuring and Oscar did such a good job that I really know what it means to get a custom suit. I went in for my final look today and we both looked in the mirror and we couldn't find a stitch out of place or a single alteration to make. It was such an awesome experience start to finish. I can't say enough good things, and I've already referred one friend to them.

I recently had a fitting for a suit at the Denver store and it was a great experience. Reed was super helpful in showing me options and making suggestions. He did not try to push anything I was not interested in and was very intuitive about what I wanted. Top-notch experience and would highly recommend!

I went in to have my measurements adjusted after a less than stellar experience working through the online store. The in-person experience was outstanding! Reed assisted me, and I'm very glad that he did. He's clearly an expert when it comes to menswear! He easily diagnosed the fit problems I was having and made sure I was satisfied with the results. After that, he gave me some great fabric suggestions based on the occasions that I plan to wear suits often. Most importantly, he didn't rush me at all, and offered great advice when I needed it. Had a great experience getting fitted for and designing my first tux! My tailor Eli gave excellent service. He was a real pro at his job and made the process efficient ensuring I got exactly what I needed for a black tie wedding in Greece. The turn around time was quick getting my entire outfit and it fit me perfectly. Cheers!

My experience with Indochino in Denver at Cherry Creek was excellent. Tanner provided thorough and thoughtful service that was tremendously helpful in purchasing a new suit. His expertise made navigating the measuring and customization processes much easier. Would highly recommend Tanner at this Indochino location for any suit shopping needs!

The attached photos were taken after the second set of alterations. The photos speak for themselves. These were taken after about 12 weeks from the date my measurements were taken by a store associate. Thanks for the response, however, I am running out of time. Other then being a big snug the jacked looked very good before the first alteration and was totally unacceptable after the first and second alterations.
