We love Johnnys! We were not from KC but our daughter was admitted to the CMH so we needed to find places that we liked! Johnnys was an instant favorite! We went multiple times over our month and a half stay! We tried almost everything on the menu and NOTHING disappointed!! 😍
We had the beer cheese pretzels. They were really good. The reason for the loss of stars is due to the attitude of the server we had. She made it seem like we were a problem and she did have time for us.
Great food, but very dirty!! I didn't even know who was working there and who were patrons. There's no uniforms. The kitchen runner Saturday night spilled some cheese sauce all over the floor and acknowledged that she did and didn't clean it up! The waitress even came out that was waiting on that table, recognized the mess also, and did nothing. People started walking through it before I said something to our waitress before she cleaned it up! Bathrooms were horribly disgusting and could probably create some sort of disease!
Was in with my Father ....so huge guy comes barging in with an attitude pushing around everyone...waitress said he was security...the guy pushing around everyone being a pest !!! NO NO never bring your children here.
Great food and service! Excellent choice if going to Sprint Center. Loved the burger and onion rings!
We sat there for 2 hours waiting for our food . People around us large groups came after us and left 1/2 an hour before us. Their prices are a little out of the park. I like dunkle beer, I've never paid $8 bucks for a beer anywhere. Our Uber showed up on time and I'm still waiting on our food. They finally brought it out and I'm trying to tell them refund my money. Finally they refunded me which took another 10 min. Luckily my wife held the Uber up extra time , in which we compensated him for his time. We always give every restaurant 3 tries, but I don't think we can swing this one. Our grandson was starving, we were as well. But the cost and wait were to compelling to give you another try. By the way we tipped our waitress generously. Rather it was her fault or not.
Totally disinterested, lazy young ladies working behind the bar. Far more interested in giggling over their social media interactions on their phones. If they concentrated on their customers a little they might make fewer mistakes with drinks orders. Awful customer service. No wonder the place was empty. Never again!
I've been here twice and both times were amazing went while Disney on ice played across the street even with the busy traffic of people food came out on time and very good staff was AWESOME
We love Johnny’s so much!!! We go for many occasions, the main one being to watch Arsenal (English Premier League Football), and we are NEVER disappointed! The service is friendly and efficient, the food is varied and delicious, and the atmosphere is pure joy. Thank you, Johnny’s Tavern-here’s to making more memories!
I call my order in, I order wings & it comes with fries & I order some cheese sticks. Ok cheese sticks was hot the fries was cold so therefore they was nasty, the wings still had feathers on it,hell I thought they was going to fly away 🤮🤮 at this point I didn't want them waste of money. I'm trying to add the picture
