I had a fiber line go down at one of our plants. I called late afternoon and was able to get Josh over first thing in the morning. Josh created some long cables to bypass fiber. The fiber came in when he was on site and was able to run new fiber to switches. Josh was very thorough and we were up and running in less than an hour.
Jacob was very kind, and worked very efficiently. He explained the solution and issue in an easy way to understand.
Kloud9 IT support has been great to have at work. Before our company hired Kloud9, tech support was done by other developers within the company. With everyone always being busy, it was hard to get anything fixed in a timely manner. Kloud9 has made the process easy to get in touch with them and they typically go above and beyond when I need their help.
We are a small but busy, local family business. We do almost all of our transactions using our POS machines and attached phones. Kloud9 helped me integrate more features for our phones such as the park feature and intercom/paging (which I didn';t know we had), and helped me learn how to update messages and call forwarding hours online. This made us more efficient and customer-service oriented overall. They also updated our software and made sure everything was up & running before closing the ticket. Thank you!

I was having a problem with my VPN disconnecting. I emailed Kloud9 support and received my ticket number etc and received my phone call from Jacob Luna. He walked me though my VPN issue (Wi-Fi) and along with remote access corrected the problem. Next day I had an IE problem and Jacob received my support ticket and called me very quickly to resolve my problem. Enjoyed the customers service and quickness to solve the tickets. Big Thanks to Jacob!.
Jacob is always friendly, professional and understanding of my issues. He is extremely courteous and patient with those of us who are computer challenged LOL. Jacob has assisted me on several occasions and each time he has been consistently knowledgeable and walks me through the processes slowly and methodically, so that I have a better understanding of how to utilize the software. He is FANTASTIC!!! Actually, everyone at Kloud9 is very helpful. I can honestly say that I would recommend Kloud9 to other small organizations, as they provide a personal touch, which is very much appreciated!!!
