Jacob from KloudNine has always been helpful. Recently, there was a particularly complicated support request. He took the time to listen closely and come up with a plan to address everything systematically. He not only got the issue resolved. But, it was resolved quickly. It wasn't an easy fix but he tackled it well.
Jacob Luna is the best! He leaves no stone unturned to get to the right answer and resolve issues. Even if he can't correct the issue, he does research, follows-through and then calls back - normally within hours of the report. This has been Jason's consistent behavior so I know it's not a one-time event. He's polite, courteous and most important, responsive and gets me back to work. Thank You Jason!

I had an unusual issue logging into my remote work computer and Brian called me back less than 10 minutes after I filed my ticket and quickly worked through all the possibilities until we had the problem resolved. Whole process took less than 20 minutes from filing the ticket to having my problem fixed.
Nathan B was incredibly kind and patient with me as I tried to understand what was preventing me from logging into my church windows account. He was quick and super helpful. Didn't make me feel silly for not knowing how to resolve the issue myself. Just the kind of IT help anyone would hope for!
Jacob did a fantastic job helping to get my computer back up to speed. He understood from the beginning that I wasn't that computer literate and was very patient as he worked with me to get the issues resolved. While it took several hours, worked diligently to solve all of the issues which were many. All of the contact that I have had with Kloud9 personnel has been very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jacob!

Myself and a fellow client struggled with authentication issues to our remote instance and had tried everything possible we thought to gain access. Contacted the help desk as a last effort. Jacob came on and we explained the situation, our attempts and our failures. He analyzed the issue and provided a quick solution which we had struggled with for days. His quick resolution saved myself and a fellow client a significant amount of time and frustration. Not sure what you are paying him, but he deserves a raise at least.
