We have been Kloud9 customers for a number of years. Although we don't have many issues, we have always found their Support Team to be outstanding. The team (led by Owen) was presented a Herculean task, moving to a new network hardware environment with not only a lack of cooperation, but active obstruction from our previous network managers. They handled everything with grace and were, and continue to be incredibly responsive. I never knew that working with network management could be so pleasant!
I had a difficult situation to fix that took a few days of communicating with sage software, to resolve everything. Josh at Kloud9 was very helpful, and took his time connect with sage and together, they helped me in a matter of 10 minutes and I was back on and able to move forward with my work.
Devon was very understanding of my situation and clearly explained every step of the process fixing my problems. His calm demeanor help me stay stress free.
John Chiaro is always friendly and very helpful. What I like the best is that he will always follow-up to make sure things are still running smoothly after he has addressed/repaired the issue. I must honestly sat that each and every technician is extremely kind, patient and helpful. Koud9 is absolutely awesome!!
Had a very nice customer service call at Kloud9 recently. I was having a sign in issue (which turned out to be my fault), Jorge to the time to straighen out my immediate problem, stayed on the line to be sure it all worked, and gave me additonal information how to avoid the issue in the future. All in all the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.
We're transitioning from one IT to Kloud9. Fairly daunting endeavor. I've been really impressed with K9 and in particular Mark Carbin. Really responsive. Derek was very helpful and informative. Kloud9 IT is always very quick to respond to any issues we may be having, and always get the problem fixed within a timely manner so we can continue running the office efficiently. Very friendly and professional. They are always available to answer any questions and provide excellent service!
I recently had an issue after the Windows 10 update (surprise, surprise!) and contacted Kloud9 support. The response was great and while it was not an easy straightforward fix, Jacob stayed on it over the next week or so until we had it fixed.
