I was simply trying to connect a USB unifying receiver but it really stalled my workflow. When I tried to download the logitech software, it automatically put in a high alert to Kloud9. It was IMMEDIATELY allowed through and I also got a follow up call that I had requested. Super fast service and I got right back to work. Big thanks to Nathan and Kloud9 for their excellent service!
