Landmark Construction & Water Damage Restoration

They were out the same day and told me just what needed to be done. The damage wasn’t as bad as it looked and they told me just what needed to get done. They are scheduled to come out and fix even the damage that had happened. Grateful for their quick response!

Not sure what happened but we had someone to our house to give us an estimate and never heard from them again. Will be a month on June 27th. I'm really confused because this guy has helped us so many times. And I'm very disappointed because I thought our meeting in May went very well. I keep thinking I must have done something to cause this but I can't think of anything ☹. If your business is this far behind, all you have to do is let me know. I need honesty, not to be strung along and waiting a month (so far) for JUST AN ESTIMATE.

Discovered a leak in our basement during rainy weather on a house we had just purchased. Called Landmark in a little bit of a panic. Dana at Landmark Construction can help you with your construction and repair needs. My favorite part about this company is that they offer a service called 1-800-BOARD-UP. You call this number and they offer emergency board up service in the case of fire, flood, or any major damage to the exterior of the house. Great company!

Big shout out to the crew from Landmark that spared a few moments for me this morning in a Lowe's parking lot cutting a 2" X 8" down so it'd fit in my car after Lowe's said they couldn't do it.

Very upset with this place. with repairs on roof. 2 different times. My insurance referred them and now were having to pay for it now. They might be good with other things but roofing is a negative.I was told after fixing a area that leaked again and charged that they have to make some money. We learned our lesson the hard way.

The Landmark crew was on time, masks on and ready to work. They described in detail what they were going to do to solve our mildew/mold problem. We are so pleased with their attention to detail and are once again enjoying our upstairs guest bedrooms.
