Landmark Construction & Water Damage Restoration

Our roof was leaking, we called Landmark and they sent someone before the rain stopped. The roof was patched and remained this way until we had the entire roof replaced. Landmark also removed the wet insulation and sheet rock to keep the wood from mildewing. Did a great job.

I’ve had my water heater replaced, shower tile replaced, and a whole list of house calls taken care of by John and the rest of the crew. They’re always respectful, super friendly and the work is top notch.

I have been very pleased with the work of Art Kuntzman and Landmark Construction. They just completed painting the interior and exterior of my 3200 sq. foot home and it looks like new. The painters, David and Philip were very through and we're always on time and cleaned up at day's end. The caulking, priming and prep work were meticulously completed and my foremen, Benny was on-site everyday to keep my project moving forward. I added additional work, and a tile floor was installed to replace damaged wood in my foyer. The thing I appreciated most was how polite and courteous everyone has been. All work has been professionaly completed, and I will use Landmark Constructionon for future projects in my home and place of business. Thank you Arthur!

One word- Outstanding! Our home was flooded due to a faulty appliance. My insurance company sent Landmark to the rescue. Mr. Palmer and his crew (Jacob, Brandon, Chris, & David) were extremely professional and respectful. From the moment they arrived, they worked quickly and diligently at the problem at hand. Mr. Palmer responded to calls and text messages immediately. I could have not asked for a better team. Thank you guys!

Delbert responded when we had a leak in our ceiling. He was very professional and friendly. Drlbert and his guys worked late into the afternoon until the job was complete. Delbert stayed in touch with me every day to see how everything was progressing. I would definitely use this company again.

Danny was great! He called before getting to our home and communicated throughout the process of repairing wall damage from getting our breaker boxes replaced. He was professional and made sure the wall was finished in " better than new" condition. We were so very happy to have found a competent and professional business to work with! The ice maker on my refrigerator malfunctioned causing a substantial amount of water in my kitchen, great room, and hallway. Unfortunately it happened during the night I woke up to a mess. I contacted my insurance agent with 15mins Justin called stated that he an his team was on the way. They were very professional and empathetic to my needs. They immediately began remove the laminated flooring and run fans to dry the place out. I would high recommend Landmark Construction.
