Landmark Construction & Water Damage Restoration

Recently, when we had a roof leak that caused damage that needed mitigation and repair we contacted Landmark. I was thoroughly impressed with the crews they sent out. Jeremy Martin and the mitigation crew quickly cleaned up the damage, provided protective covering to minimize additional dust and insulation contamination and quickly prepared the affected area for repairs. Subsequently, the repair crews coordinated by Freddie Bargiacchi, restored ceiling damage, replaced decorative moulding and repainted the affected ceiling and walls in a very reasonable time. In addition all crews involved were on time, polite, went about their business without intrusion and kept the work sites absolutely clean. Bottom line, I was impressed with Landmark in every way and have no hesitation using them again and recommending them to others.

Landmark is phenomenal and have been above and beyond our expectations. The folks we were lucky enough to work with displayed excellent communication and speedy service. Landmark came out to help us address a residential mold issue as a result of a water leak. Within a couple hours of reaching dispatch, an assessor was at our house. Now, about 24 hours out, contaminated drywall and sheetrock have been removed and the leak has been fixed. Very pleased and will surely call them for any future needs.

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with this company. I spoke Cindy, Rusty and David. These 3 were very professional and helpful. Eric was actually the gentleman who did the work. He too was very professional. He laid down plastic sheeting before, cleaned up all his debris after. He did a outstanding job of repairing the ceiling ( to fix a water leak ) I can not tell where the repair is !!! I had this home remodeled last year by another company, what a nightmare. Landmark is a company I'd be proud to recommend to anyone. Customer service and exceptional quality work at reasonable prices! My father lives in a rural area with very few skilled contractors. Art Kuntzman and Landmark were nice enought to travel to provide help for my fathers home that had some roofing issues and some areas in the ceiling that needed attention. Every tradesman that Art sent was on time, very professional and did quality work. Their estimate for repairs was very reasonable as well. They did everything they said they would do, in the time line that was agreed upon and at the price that was initially quoted. We couldnt ask for better service from a contractor. If you have any water damage mitigation needs or general contracting needs, I highly recommend Landmark Construction and Emergency Services. They do business like it should be done!

Landmark did a great job on our bathroom ceiling and fan installation. They were quick and did the job thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results and will use them again for our next project. Delbert was extremely responsive and the customer service we received from him was stellar.

Landmark Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. From Adam, who came to estimate the job, to Dan the wallboard and construction man, to the plumber to the flooring person, Mike; every individual was clear, straightforward and helpful in every way. We had called on three differnt plumbers who were unable (or unwilling) to find the source of our problem but once we called Landmark, our two year search for help was over. I am ever thankful to the good professionals at Landmark.

I called Landmark because water was coming up from my floor boards. They had someone out here before my insurance had even called me back! Before I knew it they found the leak from my A/C Condenser, pulled up my floor and had fans drying everything. The plumber came out and fixed the leaky pipe. Their estimator is supposed to come out tomorrow to determine my insurance claim amount. Once that happens, Landmark will replace the floors. They’re also going to give me an estimate to do the floors in other areas of the house. Landmark has made this whole process very easy. I love that they have people who can handle a wide array of issues. Every single person that has come to my house has been polite and professional. They have done a great job at communicating expectations. They show up when they say they will, and really seem to care about doing a great job and making their customers happy. I won’t call another company ever again. Landmark will handle all my home repairs from now on. They are the best!

Landmark Contruction did a fantastic job from start to finish. High quality work, on-time, great communication through the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone! We had a burst pipe behind our kitchen sink/cabinets that ended up causing massive mold and water damage. The water also sat long enough that it damaged our hardwood floors in the adjacent living room. Landmark went above and beyond to get out home repaired in an extremely quick and professional manner. Between the kitchen and living room, this ended up being a large job. There communication through the whole process was excellent. They answered all my questions along the way and would always get back to me promptly. You hear horror stories about contractors these days, but Landmark Contruction was the total opposite.
