Landmark Construction & Water Damage Restoration

One of my tenets started a small kitchen fire by accident but decided not to let us know until they moved out. At a friend’s recommendation, I called Landmark Construction to come out and assess the extent of the damage. I was impressed on how professional everyone was and very thankful for their help when it came to making an insurance claim. Helped make a bad situation better by repairing the fire damage and thankfully getting rid of the smoke smell.

The Landmark Water mitigation crew saved us this week! Following a sizable water leak, the ceiling in our living room collapsed. I immediately called our Landmark contractor, who immediately dispatched the mitigation crew. Our ceiling collapsed at 5:30 and the crew was onsite within 35 minutes. They worked efficiently, moving our furniture and cleaning up the mountains of insulation. Jacob (the team leader) and the rest of his crew was top notch. They were kind and so easy to work with. In the following days, as Jacob monitored the drying, when he said he would be at my house at a certain time—- he showed up right when he promised. No four hour window of waiting which was so nice! The communication was above expectation and these guys made a less than desirable situation tolerable. I’m so thankful for Landmark, the water mitigation crew, our contractor, and Jacob!

Mr. Delbert, Brandon, and the crew did a fantastic job and were very thorough setting up blowers, a dehumidifier, disinfectant application when I had a water damage disaster in my home. Everyone was very professional and communicated well with me on any concerns. I would use Landmark again and I highly recommend them.

From the moment we called, Landmark Construction & Emergency Services responded quickly. They came in less than an hour and began helping us with our water damage. They were very careful in moving our furniture and precise in setting up their equipment. The technicians worked quickly and could not have done a better job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had 4800 gallons gush into our basement after the recent storms. Landmark came out quickly and assessed the situation and was able to pump out all of the water and treat the affected area. Every single person we came in contact with from Landmark were unbelievably helpful and understanding to our situation. I thank them so much for the days of work they put in to get our home back to normal!

I cannot say enough great things about Delbert Palmer and landmark construction. I had an area around my main window of my house with leaking water and has been slowly causing issues with my hard wood flooring. It has been an ongoing issue for last 3 years I have had several different professionals that came out and tried to help me figure out where the leak was coming from. I’ve had window professionals other contractors. I’ve had roofers, but the issue still was ongoing and never could figure out where the problem was. Today my slow water leaking issue has been fixed. Thank you Delbert and landmark construction I wish I would have called you sooner!!

Delbert Palmer and his crew from Landmark Construction Company gave superior service and they were extremely helpful through a traumatic experience. Delbert was knowledgeable and provided me with a detailed explanation of the services that were being rendered. He went over and beyond the call of duty. While extracting the water from my flooded bathroom, he also assisted me with turning my water back on, changed the lightbulb in the flooded bathroom, and fixed the storm door. I highly recommend Landmark Construction Company for their prompt response, their effective and efficient service, and professionalism. The personal touch offered really helped me through a very difficult time.

Landmark to the rescue once again!! One of the most courteous, prompt, trustworthy and knowledgeable companies I've ever worked with. Unfortunately, I have had to use their services three times in a year, and each time I'm amazed at how efficient they are. The most recent issue was flooding in my house. I called and someone was here in a timely manner- they quickly went to work and finished within a few days. I highly recommend Landmark if you ever need help.

Delbert’s team was extremely friendly, courteous, kind, efficient and thorough in handling my case and they took great care to protect my floors and furniture. They identified the full extent of my problem quickly and removed all of the damaged/wet material without making a mess. And, they did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I’ll definitely call them if and when I have another issue like this.
