Have been having a great experience with my psychiatrist Dr. Julian Lagoy, he's been very knowledgeable, actually listens to my concerns and responds right away whenever I have a question, highly recommend him at this location!
Great staff! I had trouble getting my medication because of shortages, but the staff was very professional and clear in communication to help solve my problem and they did! A+ and I highly recommend.
If I could rate a Zero I would. I've been seeing Psychiatrists,Psychologists, and Therapists for over 30 years. This Doctor was very Abrupt, Rude, and ZERO Bedside Manner. To Anyone looking for help immediately please be aware that You Matter and so does the way people treat you, including Doctors. . Choose more than One Doctor to see if they "fit" your goals and overall personality. Even your " Lifestyle" matters. Doctors are judgemental just as any other human beings. Steer clear of these " Telehealth " type of Groups. While they may be beneficial for Therapy there are too many Rules and Regulations for patients seeking medication or are already taking medication.
My appt was online via ZOOM. Psychiatrist was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable with medications that work well with the medications I'm already taking while keeping in mind some of my blood work results with liver.
Thank You To The staff and Dr Smith! They All Have Been Very Helpful, Professional, Polite, Fun/Personalble, and Diligent - to name a few things! too many words to show how much everyone makes my visits easy and basically seamless. i wish I can say more - just dont want to write a book :)
After a long call getting all of my information, I am informed that they do not fill out any disability paperwork. I ask why and am told "I don't know, it's their choice". The representative first said that they do not see patients for the sole purpose of disability letters, but then clarified that they flat out do not do them. I think this is part of your responsibility to your patients and it's shameful that you refuse to do it. At least you disclosed this bad faith before it became an issue for me.
I feel blessed to have Alix Perez as my therapist what a professional, she’s very bright and on point every single time she’s highlights areas and she eloquently circles back to go over things she remembers everything we talked about then breaks it down into bite-size pieces. Alix is helping me prioritize and get it together I really appreciate her!
Mindpath Health San Jose is always there when I need them :) The staff are great and Dr. Lagoy is extremely compassionate, well informed and his wonderfully "no nonsense" approach to psychiatry is truly a blessing :)
Very easy setting up an appointment. Dr. Lagoy was great and made my brother, who is developmentally challenged, feel comfortable and relaxed.
