She is very kind and helps me what I’m going through
Last time I met with the Dr., my follow-up appoitnmet did not get scheduled by the Dr. This happened on Friday in the after. Then office called later in the Friday to schedule the appointment, but I missed the call; When I called them back within minutes to schedule my follow-up appoitment, the office was already closed. I did not even have my presciption which was supposed to happen right after the appointment. Also, reaching the Dr. for questions, etc... is extremely inconvenience; It always has to happen thru the office. I am not even able to reach out to ask a question from the Dr. directly. I have more to complaint about their system and processes and their overal experience in the field, but I will stop here!
My 1st session, I was nervous, anxious, desperate, hopeful and excited, obviously I had quite a few emotions. I believe the session went well enough with the Doctor that wanted my thoughts and experiences. The Doctor was receptive and attentive to my current condition of my seeking a semblance of relief. My doctoring myself was not working and I left the session with great hope that the result may decrease and or minimize my side effects of long term stress coping skills.
Horrible customer care, both from the staff and from the therapist himself. It's possible that a different therapist would be better. The main issue I had with mindpath was the extreme difficulty in getting in touch with my doctor. I highly recommend you look elsewhere, so that you can get the care you need when you need it most.
I cannot recommend this place. Because of drs leaving the clinic I am now in search of dr #3. Something seems off if they cannot keep practitioners at this clinic. Also, I didn’t actually love either of the two that I worked with, including Dr Smith. The office is clean and calm feeling but there have been billing and scheduling issues as well. This is the type of relationship that I expect to be long term and feel they should be upfront if they intend to discontinue at a location within a year.
I have had nothing but positive experience with mind path health. From getting help from office staff to communicating w the psychiatrist. Very pleased overall and highly recommend their services for those who need them.

Have been seeing psychiatrists since 1997. Dr Jasmine Kaur is top tier care . She’s listens and is an expert . She has helped me so much in just 4 visits 100/100!
Very chill and compassionate schedulers. Very fast and easy process. My psychiatrist is not overly enthusiastically friendly. She is calmly supportive and always professional Just how I like it.
Dr. Kaur has really helped me understand how my medications affect my mood and how to stabilize my mental state better. She is one of the best fits I’ve ever had.
