My mother has been to MindPath when it was Community Psychiatry, the visits are via Zoom but the staff and environment are friendly. Dr. Pasca is wonderful and so are the staff! Thank you for providing my mother the care that she needs!
Dr Pasca is the best psychiatrist I’ve seen. She’s kind and companionate and cares for your well being. The only psychiatrist who actually listened and cared about what I had to say, and made sure I was getting the care I needed from my therapist as well. feeling much needed relief after seeing her
So much easier than emailing offices off zoc doc or asking your primary for referrals just to be turned away. This service does all the work to get you a great doctor.
My therapist, Dr. Vora, was caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. She was very approachable, easy to connect with and supportive. I am very grateful for her help and advice.
Since Mindpath Health has taken over my Drs practice I’ve had rushed sessions, with them being kept under 10 minutes! There is little time to develop a rapport or discuss more than self-described symptoms. Whatever operating constraints Mindpath Health has imposed on my Dr has produced a terrible experience

I highly recommend Dr. Adria Carney as a psychiatrist. I have been a patient of Dr. Carney for a couple of years now and what I like most about her is that she is a great listener, very attentive, professional in all aspects and she makes the patient feel very comfortable during each psychiatry session. The prescription medicine that she prescribed for me has helped with my PTSD, anxiety, depression and other symptoms that I have. Through her treatment and care, I am able to live a healthy, happy and successful life at home with my husband and son and also in my career. I have to thank Dr. Carney for this!
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a business and I’m left feeling very unheard and defeated from all staff besides Cassandra. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. The dr Farzook, did not care for my reason for the consult. Did not speak on why I was there. Just wanted to prescribe me medication and move on, even after I had mentioned I did not like, nor wanted medication. When I tried to explained to the practice manager Diana what had happened, she would repeatedly tell me “I was not there, I don’t know what was said” but would quickly defend the lack of care in the “consult” as if she was there. Fully ready to defend without even listening to me. Diana was terrible to speak to. Both people did not take the care, effort or even remotely work with me to listen to my needs. I’m shocked how uncaring they are, at a mental health business. It is so hurtful that this was my first experience after gaining the courage to seek help.
Please go elsewhere! I have been with Community Psychiatry and have not found one Knowledgable or competent psychiatrist or Psych NP! I've been thru 4 now-I was forced to cold Turkey off benzo's and looking for medication management. I decided to see Dr Pasca and it took 4 weeks to transfer paperwork from LA to San Jose-the San Jose office sat on paperwork & totally dropped the ball. Office staff is nice and helpful when you can get a hold of any live person. They've had line off during business hours & that's not good when you can't get on Zoom! Dr Pasca had cancelled my first appt about 15 mins into the appt time-and went home sick. My second appt was then cancelled and I was given to Dr Vora-not impressed. I think there are 2 or 3 providers and it appears from other reviews that they can't keep any providers in this clinic which makes absolutely no sense bcuz everyone is using virtual online Zoom so no in person appts! Don't waste your $$ or your time. I'm looking for another provider now. I wasting over 4 months with this group and would not recommend d Community Psychiatry. None of their providers are Competent!
