This has been my go to place for the last 5 years and every year they surpass my expectations. Not only is the staff friendly anytime I call or email (knowing they are extremely busy) they stop everything to service me. Yes there are other places that can do what they do. But it’s not the atmosphere a business should have. They take the time to make sure all the orders are right. Constant communication and have even added “est 2016” on my last order. Literally 3 hours before I was scheduled to pick up at no additional cost. For my money NDCT is top notch. Give this mom and pop shop a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!!
I had about 24 hours to obtain six customized T-shirts before going on a trip and NDCT nailed it with time to spare in the SAME DAY. Caitlin was super accommodating and polite. We gladly paid the rush fee. Order from here instead of Amazon! Support local, it's worth it.
We did an order for our graduate program’s class t-shirts. They came out awesome!!! Then a spelling error was found. Not only did they use some sort of magic to fix the error, you cannot tell that there was ever anything replaced or changed. 10/10 recommend NDC Tees! The quality of the shirts and screen printing is outstanding and they have great customer service.
Ask for Mike, the sales consultant, he can answer any question you may have & if you ask right, he can sure teach you something. Make a deal then come & pick up you blessing.
We had sold out of our band merch and needed more for the next show (not even 24 hours) Travis came through and killed it for us!! Really helpful and communicative and the shirts came out amazing. THANK YOU GUYS!! Will def be using this company again.
So I just had the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Mike at this place. I placed my order a few weeks ago for hats. He sent over an invoice and we paid the $800 immediately. Call him last week just to check status on hats since we hadn’t heard from him. They said hats would be ready on the 27th. So I waited to hear from them yesterday since I didn’t want to bug them. I call today and ask if hats are ready, he tells me to hold.. he thought he put me on hold and proceeds to tell the man there that I’m always calling. Then he goes and asks a lady who works for him where our order is, she says she was waiting for him to approve font and he tells her he’s just gonna put it on us because he wants to get me off his ass.. I told him I heard everything he said and he took no accountability.. so unprofessional.. he can’t even get our hats done by the date that they told us they would be ready. I have not bothered them to the point to make someone say something like that. I’ve been nothing but nice and understanding with them so I’m in shock that he would tell someone that he wanted to get me off of his ass.. I had to hang up on him… I had no words..
I’ve gotten shirts made 3 times now @ next day customs and I genuinely love there product. Not once have I been let Down. Tha quality is A1, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Gotta support our local businesses here in SA
was gonna order because i needed the shirts in 3 days and the name is NEXT DAY, but turn around time on the website lists weeks and 75$ up charge for a rush, FALSE ADVERTISING!
Us as an organization we feel that next day's custom tees are an amazing company. We get our shirts here and only here... I started a disc golf company last year and NDCT was there for me from the start. Bianca since day one has been such a joy to work with. She’s gone extra hours for us when she didn’t have to just so that my events ran smoothly with all the merchandise I could dream of from Hats,stickers,masks and of course dope shirts! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get quality shirts that really last!
