I had a wonderful experience with Next Day Custom Tees. They were professional, timely and my t-shirts were of high quality. I will return for my next t-shirt needs!
The highlight of our 2016 reunion should have been our tshirts as the colors selected were per generation vs per family. The 8 siblings were to have Navy blue shirts. Their navy blues did not match and one of my aunts shirts was a teal blue which would mean that she was in the 3rd generation and not the 1st. The iron on had line going straight through the photo on ALL shirts. Names were misspelled on the back of some shirts or had missing names. I did not receive the shirts until a couple of hours before the reunion started so I did not have a chance to go through the shirts and take them back. I contacted the company and was told I would get some what of a refund after spending approx. $500...then they just refused to answer my emails. I then filed a complaint with BBB and never received a response back from this company. I just gave up...but now I am searching for TShirts for our June 2020 reunion, and came across this company and wanted to just let them know...they would be the last company I'd EVER order from again!!! The crazy thing is, I read some negative reviews prior to going with this company and was reassured that I would not have any issues...I should have went with my first instinct. I added pictures to support my claims. These are the same pictures I provided to the company prior to being ignored. My aunt is showing her shirt because it was the wrong color. I also had a cousin who's name is Trish...however they put Trisha on the back of her Tshirt. She was not a happy camper.
I recommend Next Day Custom Tees to any and everyone. My shirts are high quality and the design team met all of my expectations. I have to give a shout out to Mike for providing the absolute best customer service possible. I'll be back!
First and foremost I want to give a shoutout to Raul. He was extremely responsive, professional and accommodating. My order was ready in days and it came out amazing. I'm sure the rest of the team there assisted and I'd love to give them a shoutout too. 10/10 would recommend their service and prices to anyone in the area.
Next Day Custom Tees did a phenomenal job on T-shirts and Banner for our nonprofit organization! We were greatly impressed by the quality, speed of order and their excellence communication. As a nonprofit price is important but we also prefer to work with locals - with Next Day Custom Tees we were able to to do local business at a great price. They will certainly be our go to for all our printing needs!
Great customer service. Reasonable prices, for high quality t-shirts delivered on time. 5 out of 5 stars!
Im the Merch guy for a local band and I cannot recommend this company enough. They are not only professionals but they really encompass community and supporting the local music scene. High quality work and quick. They get the job done and all we hear are compliments from people who buy our shirts. Thanks guys all love from UYDB
I recently placed my first order with Next Day Custom Tees and they did an excellent job. It was both non-standard and a rush, and they delivered a beautiful custom tote bag! I am so grateful to the hard-working team and will definitely be a repeat customer!
My brother was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident, and our family spent several sleepless days hoping for a miracle that sadly never came. We were exhausted, grieving, and trying to quickly prepare for his funeral while traveling to another city for the services. In the middle of all of that, I reached out to NextDay Customer Tees for funeral shirts for our family. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they handled everything with kindness and professionalism during one of the hardest moments of our lives. The shirts turned out beautiful. They were comfortable, the printing was excellent, and it meant so much for our family to wear them together to honor my brother at his service and burial. Thank you for helping our family during such a painful time. Your compassion and quality work truly made a difference.
I've been ordering t-shirts from Next Day tee's for 10 yrs and always love their work! They have great bundle deals in their website. Highly recommend!
