The guys n ladies that work there are amazing i needed a last min Cris Cornell shirt made for my 4yr old son for his 1st picture day 1 that I couldn't find anywhere.. They made it happen n My Baby loved it .. Anyone in need i would suggest yall go there you won't be disappointed..I know I'll be back
Absolutely the worst company to ever do business with. Unprofessional employees and management, extremely rude experience in store. Extremely quick to demand payment but extremely terrible at actual fulfillment. The order I received was the worst quality of cheap trash I have ever seen, and it was a faulty order. When I communicated this to them, they strung me along and then they refused to make it right after 40+ emails exchanged. Save your money and go elsewhere, genuinely one of the worst quality communication and product combination.
Had a 7-hour layover on my way to a work event, designed a shirt on Canva, and emailed it to them. Within minutes they responded, called to finalize the design, and had my shirts ready the next day. Fast, friendly, and fantastic quality! Highly recommend for any event or print needs in San Antonio.
I called about 6 different t shirt screen printing companies. It was not easy to review and order. When I finally got in touch with River city they made it very easy for me to order T-shirts and hats for my company. Thanks to Madi, with the sales team, followed up continuously to ensure that I got what I needed! Excellent customer service, follow up and communication with her. They are the best t shirt company in the Austin area.
***Do not use Next Day Costume Tees*** we ordered Texas Ram Club: San Antonio ™️ club tshirts from Next Day Custom Tees as we had done in previous years. Unfortunately the quality of their work and time frame to provide a finished QUALITY product is terrible. I highly DO NOT recommend them!! We ordered Oct 10th, got notified of the order being ready Oct 31st. We picked up and I could not get to sorting through them until the following week. 17 of the shirts were badly made, the print was stuck to each other, stains from their machine, smeared where they were touched, and misaligned. My guess on the misalignment is the quality of the material. By far the worst thin shirts we've ever received in the last few years. We took the shirts back that were not done correctly. Another few weeks pass and I reached out for them; they told me they were scheduled for that following week. Christmas has now come and gone. We have yet to get communication on a corrected finished product. (Pics for communication and quality)
My brands have used TShirt people that have given me poor printing, wrong counts with inconsistent pricing, then I found Next Day Tees. Not only did they do great work at a great price but they had it to my front door in less than a week, hand delivered by the owner. There are other companies out there but none do it better for this price. Quality. Affordability with great turnaround time make Next Day Tees my ONLY choice for my arsenal of merchandise. Order today with confidence.
This place is AWESOME!! They are fast and have great customer service. Bianca is very good at keeping me updated on my orders and always responds quickly with any questions I have. I highly recommend Next Day Custom tees for any of your needs.
Fast, and great service! Printed 100 shirts for my other band in a couple hours and the quality is top notch. I will definitely use this company again in the near future for all my printing needs.
Great work. Fantastic customer service. Bianca helped our small company get shirts, sweatshirts, and our logo just the way we wanted. Very helpful and very impressed. We recommend 150%! We'll be going to NDCT for ALL our gear from now on. Thank you NDCT. We appreciate you!!
He has given nothing but great service to us. He got us Tee shirts for an event quicker and at a better price than any place we found. He was very professional and I would recommend him to any one. I just started a Tow Truck business and will be meeting with him today to discuss all of my needs and will give another review after that.
