I have been doing business with NDCT for over a decade. Raul and his crew have always done excellent work and they have great customer service. Plus I have throughout the years called other places for quotes and NDCT always has better prices and deals! I’ve ordered hundreds of shirts from them, hats stickers, koozies and buttons, and everything always looks amazing!
I do graphic design & marketing campaigns for new and small biz locally and I had a paid order that included less than 20 tees. Usually I will press them out in-house to keep overhead within budget and margins. Unfortunately I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and was convinced I wouldn't be able to fullfil the order. Bianca, Mike, and everyone there was not only professional and helpful, but saved my a** on that order. They were clearly very busy with orders that superseded my request that morning, yet somehow they knocked it out within hours and the finished products were flawless. They used an underbase bc the tees were all dark (the tees will stay vibrant and won't crack over time), they didn't hit me over the head on the price, and ultimately the customer was extremely pleased to say the least. I have had situations in the past where I made an attempt to third party an order for whatever reason, and all the "local custom merchandise" big shots were either rude as hell or snobbishly unhelpful. So read no further and just call Next Day Custom Tees. They are legitimately the city's all around best, you won't be disappointed.
I placed a last minute order of stickers but was not able to pick up when my order was ready i called and asked about shipping and had my stickers two days later in Nashville!!! Thank You NDCT
This business has the worst customer service! In Jan I placed and paid an order for hoodies. I called several times to receive status of the order. After 5 weeks of not having the order fulfilled I requested a refund. I was denied and told the owner would contact me to come to a resolution. The owner has never contacted me, still to this day, only after starting legal proceedings and having the owner served with a lawsuit, I was refunded the money. Something that could have easily resolved with a phone call and apology.
They saved our school event by making us a large order in A short amount of time! Raul and Mike we're so helpful and the office employees were incredible! I love love love this place and can't wait to work with them again!
I was in the market for a new company. I was referred here from 3 of my close friends. From the phone call I knew I was going to do business here. Professionalism in every staff member every time I have ever called or visited. They took their time explaining everything with me, process, pricing, materials etc. They really care about what they do. This is not your every day print shop. This is next level. My first order was perfection and I literally can’t wait to have a long relationship with this company. Couldn’t thank them enough. If you are in the market, I HIGHLY suggest visiting and talking to Ralph.
Requested some shirts for my work, The owner was able to give me a good deal. I just gave him an idea and he was able to send me a design that was great and exactly what I wanted. The work was prompt and I had my order complete in less then a week. Great customer service. I will definetely use them again
They SAVED us!!! I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us get a super large order in 3 days. Our former vender dropped us a week before our event and I called Next Day Custom Tees. Raul and Mike we're SO KIND. They went out of their way to make sure we got all of the order and did it with no complaints!! I'm beyond grateful for them!!
NDCT always coming through in the clutch. Big orders, small orders, rush orders, you name it they got you! Thanks again NDCT!
I called Next Day in a panic yesterday, around 10pm, needing 60 affordable shirts for my daycare's field trip today (it's a regulations thing). After speaking with the owner, we worked out a price that was competitive with other quotes I had gotten, but he said they could have the shirts done by end of business if I ordered by noon, whereas other shops told me 3 days minimum! Granted, I only needed white print on a colored shirt, and only on one side, but the entire job was done by 4:30. We are super happy with the quality (we have a detailed logo), the general smoothness of the transaction, and we will be coming back. Thank you for saving us in our time of need!
