WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS. My mother in law was charged 10 times for the same pair of shoes. She is elderly and did not notice until a few days later. She went back and the assistant manager was rude to her about THEIR MISTAKE. It was her first and last visit to Nordstrom Rack.
Everyone was so helpful. I especially enjoyed the shoe department. Great selection. Worth checking out!
Young cashiers need to work on customer service skills but I was pleasantly surprise I was able to find suit that I saw on there website in the store for my son's 8th grade ceremony
It's getting expensive, but still have decent clearance and large size shoes.
It's not bad. Not what I was expecting. I think if you are a female it's more catered to your needs. They have kind of limited style selection for men.

I have shopped at Nordstrom rack for 6 yrs in a different state, this store in Memphis, TN has employed very FEW intelligent staff and is not worth the time. It amazes me that one single person can not confirm whether or not an item is on hand. Seriously, it is not difficult...and certainly does not warrant to be on hold for over 10 minutes because youcan not figure out your job!!! Geez. #FindAJobThatDoesNotEntailCustomerService
When the store opened it seemed a mid-tier Nordstrom Rack (i.e. minimal options for high end designer merchandise), but this was not surprising for a market like Memphis and the store was well merchandised to feature highlighred items and solid Nordstrom brands. After a long absence due to Covid I went in and thought the store was closing because the new rack configuration and merchandising screamed "pop-up warehouse sale." Multiple trips later (to return items bought online from Rack or regular Nordstrom) it is clear that this is their new vibe. Shopping in a Goodwill clearance center has more appeal so it seems that I'll use this as an in-person site for online returns and stick to TJ Maxx and Marshall's for in-person bargain shopping. I hope someone from Nordstrom corporate sees this, because I'd really like a reconsideration of these changes ... or to at least call it a "Rack clearance outlet" (do those exist?) because that's what it's become.
