Not the best Nordstrom Rack! No service on the floor, for get any assistance! Many items old, perhaps rejects from other stores, few plus sizes, over priced Designer rejects! One really need to know clothes to not get scammed! Quality Materials are hard to find. Designer names on clothes with poor quality material.
The store is much better than when it first opened. My main complaint is that the shoe prices are way higher than the website, for the exact same shoes. Please get your shoe game up. Especially in smaller sizes.
Wendy & Mariah were the best dressing room attendants ever. I always have a grand experience here. People complain about the limited inventory but I never manage to leave empty handed.
Definitely watch your receipts here! I did a Nordstrom online return here yesterday for 2 pair of the same shoe and a pair of jeans ordered from Hautelook. The cashier seemed to be new and took a long time with the return. As she was processing the return, she kept stating none of the items had a tag and I didn’t have a receipt for the purchases. Both shoes purchased on my Nordstrom cc and the pants via Paypal. Furthermore, the items didn’t come with tags or receipt, which I explained to her. After about 15 minutes and the cashier receiving help from 2 other associates, I was able to get out of there. Only to discover this morning one of the shoes were not on the return receipt, I no longer have the shoes and I’m being charged $90 for them. Ugghh, now I have to go back today to figure this out. I should have double checked, but was in a rush, especially after the long wait. I’ve done so many online order returns here and haven’t had any issues. I hope this isn’t the direction this Nordstrom Rack is headed. It’s the only Nordstrom store in the city. Fingers crossed this situation doesn’t get an worse. Update: Called and spoke with Emily E. She was fantastic in doing the return right over the phone. Very pleases how this situation turned out.
Nordstrom Rack discriminating against region of states to assist natural disaster areas acknowledged by FEMA assistance for exactly same as Texas is being acknowledge by damaging tornadoes/straight winds in May 2024 by TD Bank. In May 26, 2024, Arkansas was affected by the exact same damages tornados/straight winds, but TD Bank refused to acknowledge it by discrimination in Reagan. I don’t recommend applying for this credit card.
First time visit. Store was clean and staff was attentive. They were constantly filling the racks and there was plenty of products to look through. Will definitely be going again.
Walked in and found two designers bags $24 each woah. It was my first shopping experience with Nordstrom Rack and I gotta admit the store looked a little empty but I found what I was looking for so no worries!
Went with a friend who was looking for a blouse for an event. Didn't find one. Deals can be found, surely, but the impression we got was that the merchandise was over-priced leftovers. We were, however, impressed by the shoe selection
As always NR delivers kindness and hospitality. We didn't purchase anything this time but the staff is always friendly and there is an inviting atmosphere here. We will be back!
I'm always able to find a good pair of gym shoes at a reasonable price. The selection of casual shoes is not as big as I would hope but they still have nice things to choose from
