Nordstrom has a policy that you cannot come in unless you have a mask even if you medically CANNOT wear a mask. A black man came within inches of my husband (violating six feet policy) to tell him he had to leave even as I was attempting to explain through my own masked face why. He said he didn't care. We left and three people who overheard the exchange left with us. We decided not to cause a scene. Next, Nordstrom will tell people that they cant shop in Nordstrom's if they haven't taken the vaccine. Another kind of prejudice is coming. May God help us all. (We are also black )
I thought ULTA was open too but it wasn't. Went here just to see what's in there and was followed around by 3 employees. I get they are doing their job but damn 3! The place was busy so I get they are worried about theft, but at the same time this is a new store! People who never been to Nordstrom will come in and not feel like they are welcome! I don't see anything i liked anyway but that doesn't mean I'm stealing. Never going back there AGAIN and will be sending an email to headquarters.
Did not have in stock what was online saying item was in store for pickup....was very disappointed ! Drove from across town but they did have other items I liked. However, didn't purchase anything.
30 day return policy, and they won’t even offer store credit after that. I thought it was 45 days because I haven’t shopped here since before covid, found out when they wouldn’t let me return even for store credit. Super disappointing.
Not impressed. It's like a giant Marshall's, only with much higher prices (Don't come here looking for bargains). Also, they seem to cater primarily to inner city/urban fashion, so there really wasn't much there for me.
I love this store, however the Memphis store has way less than other Nordstrom Racks I've visited in other cities. It is still a great place to shop.and the deals are amazing, they just need more selective inventory.

It's like a bigger TJ Maxx, has the same layout, set-up and merchandise. Not impressed, I saw a few Coach items but they seemed to be the lower-end things. Didn't buy anything but enjoyed browsing.
my husband went in to purchase some items and went to check out, was told they do not accept cash app card or any prepaid card. disappointing that they have this policy but no sign posted anywhere (it slick discriminatory to keep certain patrons away) a waist of time , we have been victims of identity theft with our major bank card and use prepaid card to shop with. we have shopped here many times and will not be back.
